Modern atmosphere and excellent service we went 4 people they served us very quickly certainly helped by the formula they adopted, we had an aperitif menu. Very abundant and everything excellent a tasty menu and with fish courses at an excellent quality-price ratio

It is a small place. With a nice male waiter. Maybe it looks more like a bar... Specialised in fish. Opens earlier than other restaurants in Fuiggi. The people were sitting in the covered space in front of the entrance, on a rainy evening, while the inside tiny space was prepared for dinner, maybe booked... Higher prices were not updated on the menu.

A reconfirmation Every time we treat ourselves to a wellness weekend we usually dine at this restaurant. Very fresh fish and super abundant dishes. I appreciated the tuna steak, a real delight.

Cute place 2 steps from the main street. Wine bar and restaurant with distinct rooms. The staff were friendly and quick in both ordering and service. We eat exclusively fish which is of excellent quality and with generous portions. The wine list is also excellent. We ate really well and spent less than we expected given the quality and quantity.

First time at Quintessere, very clean and pleasing to the eye room with well-organised tables. Very clean environment, waiter very kind and quick in serving the ordered dishes. Very good fish-based dishes ordered, equally valid price. Highly recommended experience to be repeated!

Prima volta al Quintessenza, locale molto pulito personale molto simpatico sala molto bella insomma tutto "molto" i piatti freschi e buonissimi un applauso anche a Matteo e Giulia per la loro simpatia e gentilezza ESPERIENZA DA RIPETERE AL PROSSIMO SOGGIORNO A FIUGGI

Practically next to the hotel where we are staying: cross the road that separates them and we are already inside the place. They welcomed us and made us sit in the hidden room even further inside to leave us in intimacy. Served quickly immediately after ordering the dishes. Excellent cuisine, plentiful and quick. The dishes offered stand out in the ingredients that you don't expect compared to classic recipes. Overall the place is also good for a hit and run... To appreciate the friendly and youthful staff. Average price.

Found it via Google and we were really satisfied, welcoming and friendly staff with excellent cuisine and fair prices. While paying the bill they also offered us some excellent biscuits. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Barbara and Lorenzo

Ottima cena,ho mangiato una buona insalata di mare e soprattutto una buonissima frittura ,sulla grigliata di pesce un po meno la qualità non era delle migliori però per il costo rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

21/04/2025: I went to this restaurant yesterday with my family, there were 10 of us, for Easter lunch. The internal environment is very welcoming even if we preferred to eat outside, in the small square, the weather was generous...a beautiful sun! In this restaurant the cuisine is typical, traditional and genuine. The dishes were all tasty, a real consolation. The Easter menu was rich and respecting tradition. The staff serving the tables was uniquely kind and helpful: all our requests were satisfied with a friendly smile. We had a wonderful day, we will return as soon as possible. Thanks to Adriana who fulfilled some wishes by bringing them to our table (minestra maritata, torteno....) Thanks also to Pasquale and Lorenzo who welcomed us in a friendly way and were immediately available upon our request to visit the brewery. We also tasted their beer, excellent! I recommend the Vittoria restaurant

15/06/2025: Excellent pizzeria. Soft and delicate dough with quality ingredients. Quality/price in the norm, even slightly lower than average. Compliments to the owner and his staff.
11/05/2025: The pizza dough, with its perfect leavening, gives a soft and well-alveolated crust, a real delight to bite into. The environment is warm and welcoming, with that traditional touch that makes you immediately feel at home. An element that I particularly appreciated is the open kitchen, where you can admire the wood-fired oven in action. Friendly staff and quick service.
