Exceptional evening 🍾🥂, being at the San Giorgio Hotel we were looking for a nearby restaurant that we could reach on foot and in the end we opted for Quintessenza, a very nice and well-kept place with a modern style, the staff were very kind, young and smiling, all the dishes chosen were well-presented and delicious to eat, top-quality raw materials, definitely a place to try if you come to Fiuggi. Many more compliments to all the staff 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

A beautiful seafood restaurant in Fiuggi. The rooms are sophisticated and elegant, and the staff is very courteous and helpful. The food is delicious, with fresh fish and generous portions. The price is fair for what you get.

Passing through Fiuggi for a relaxing day, we ate at this restaurant, ending our day wonderfully with a superb dinner! The dishes were exquisite, the portions very generous, and what can we say about the desserts! TOP 🤗

As tourists, we tried this place almost on a dare, relying solely on the reviews and the menu published in photographs. Seeing it in person, it seemed more like a bar, tucked into a narrow alleyway off the main street of town. It should be noted that you can also opt for an aperitif menu, which is truly "bar-like," but we tried a restaurant-style dinner, and the gamble paid off. We varied the tastings, even trying a seafood carbonara, which wasn't a complete gamble. Everything was excellent, from the appetizer, first course, and second course (we didn't try the grilled or fried dishes, but we hope to!), with a special mention for the tuna steak with soy and pistachio: perfectly cooked, with an equally perfect texture, and a truly delicious combination of flavors. The staff is young and very knowledgeable, and the location is very well-maintained, with a veranda overlooking the street, perfectly managed in terms of space and acoustics.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ G.L. Five stars aren't enough; it deserves at least a five-star Grand Luxury! Excellent quality fish, spectacular freshness, and service better than a Pit Stop! Excellent, friendly wait staff, and oversized dishes. Finding a restaurant like this on Google Maps was a wonderful revelation. Finally, the bathroom looks like a five-star hotel. If you want to stop for good fish in Fiuggi, this is the only place you can stop. Don't worry if, as soon as you open the restaurant door, you feel like you're walking into a bar; the dining room is after the bar, and it's wonderful.

A modern, yet welcoming and elegant restaurant in the heart of lower Fiuggi, with paid street parking. The menu is short, which is a plus, with dishes featuring almost exclusively fresh seafood, well-executed and beautifully presented, never boring, and generous portions. The desserts are excellent. The food is good, and if you're feeling peppy, you can also drink very well. Service is informal yet precise. Prices are reasonable for the overall quality of the restaurant, but not overly so. I applaud the €1 coffee delivered to your table, but I criticize the now obsolete and hated €2 service charge. Highly recommended.

Very well decorated. From the outside, it looks like just a bar, but once inside, you'll notice a very nice atmosphere. The service is very kind and friendly, and despite the occasional small distraction, it's a service to be appreciated. The food is very good. The orange prawns are tasty. The ravioli with calamari and bottarga are special. The sea bream with potatoes and almonds is also excellent; perhaps a little dry, but that's a matter of personal taste. The price is fair.
