27/11/2025: You're saying this is a casual restaurant??? No, it's the best restaurant in the Grottammare area. They don't make bad food here. I'm going to experience the best taste of Italy. Thank you so much. And what's the name of the dish that comes with the cheese and jam? Is it a typical Italian dish, or is it a dish unique to this restaurant?

08/11/2025: The dishes are well-crafted, and you can see and taste the research, but there's no consistency in the flavors across the various samples. For example, the tagliatelle with wild boar ragù is delicious, with excellent flavor. The ravioli with hare is good, but definitely not up to par. The hand-cut tartare is okay, with good meat, but completely unseasoned. In general, what's lacking in some dishes is flavor. The price would be fair if all the dishes were good. I can't understand the oscillation between flavorful and bland.
26/10/2025: Discovered by chance, it turned out to be a true gem. An excellent dinner in a typical Marche osteria: tender and flavorful braised beef, perfectly cooked and flavorful lamb chops. Desserts were carefully crafted and well-balanced. Attentive and courteous service, a warm and charming atmosphere, and great attention to detail. A truly memorable place.
