Pizza, however, is not only a question of dough and quality of ingredients but also, if not above all, a question of PASSION, which you will find here behind the counter where Father and Son work hard but without "worry": THEIR PIZZAS SMILE. Not to mention the splendid women who, as good hosts, because the "Fiorentino" is HOME, welcome you with authentic kindness and professionalism. AUTHENTICITY and QUALITY - these rare pearls in what Pigneto has become in recent years (now devoted to opulence in style but paucity of substance) - is what you will find at the 'Fiorentino'. Trust me, you will thank me.

09/11/2024: Giuditta 7 recensioni 4 minuti fa Nuova Il "Fiorentino" è in assoluto la mia pizzeria preferita - ed in materia di pizza, avendo lavorato per anni nella ristorazione, sono davvero MOLTO esigente. La pizza, però, non è soltanto una questione di impasto e di qualità degli ingredienti ma anche, se non soprattutto, una questione di PASSIONE, quella che qui troverete dietro il bancone dove Padre e Figlio lavorano sodo ma senza "cruccio": LE LORO PIZZE SORRIDONO. Per non parlare poi delle splendide donne che da brave padrone di casa, perché il "Fiorentino" è CASA, vi accolgono con autentica gentilezza e professionalità. AUTENTICITÀ e QUALITÀ - queste perle rare in quel che ormai è diventato il Pigneto negli ultimi anni (devoto ormai all'opulenza nello stile ma all'esiguità della sostanza) - è quel che troverete dal 'Fiorentino'.
