Simply Carbonara and Carbonara with Truffle DIVINE. Absolutely worth trying

The owner is friendly and gives dessert candy. The price is reasonable and the portion is really...a lot...a lot. So unless you eat well, just ask for a small amount. I had bolognese, truffle carbonara, lasagna, and an unknown seafood pasta, and it was all delicious. My companion told me that I had to eat the truffle carbonara the next day because I kept thinking about it, so I came here three days in a row haha. The truffle flavor is no joke. As soon as I ate it, it was a taste that immediately came to mind. My companion ate truffle carbonara and I ate bolognese, lasagna, and an unknown seafood pasta. The seafood pasta was delicious. And there are reviews saying it's salty, so try going to another restaurant. This is Seonyeo. It's not that salty at this level. If you want to open run at 12 o'clock, it's better to come a little early. If you come around 11:50, they will get in right away. We went at 12:03, but it was already full, so we went 30 minutes later. I think we waited about 10 minutes. At this time, there wasn't much of a line, but around 1 o'clock, the line was a bit long. Haha. I guess they eat lunch late here. From the beginning, takeout is not allowed, but I guess you can pack up the leftovers. Other people are taking out.

The food, the staff, and especially the chef are amazing. I’ll visit every time I’m in Rome. Highly recommended.

You know it's good when there's a line outside of people waiting to grab a seat. You know it's good when you and your wife plan on going back the next evening. Amazing food, a joyful Italian couple making it and bringing a great atmosphere. Proportions were good, prices were great but if you're looking for cheap eats like something under 10 euro perhaps go elsewhere. We liked the carbonara and the ravioli.

Excellent pasta and very friendly service! Even though it was busy for a weekday lunch we didn’t have to wait long, but even if we did it would have been worth it.

Very small place with excellent food. The tables are high since it is a place that opens only a few hours and has a lot of turnover. A queue forms immediately since they do not reserve. We ordered 2 lasagnas, very good, at €13 each, and 2 Peroni of 66 cl which are €4 each. Authentic Italian food.

We ate dinner here twice during a recent stay. It has limited hours so it may or may not work for you. We arrived both times just after 6PM and were first or second to get a table. Both visits saw the tables fill quickly and small lines form. All of the food was excellent. I hate to state a favorite because we enjoyed all, but the carbonara was the best I have ever had and I have tried many in Rome for decades. The first visit I also ordered a second plate. The pasta was very large and while I was given the option to skip it, you really do not need a second course here with the size of the pasta dishes. The restaurant is owned and run by the two very friendly owners with a staff of two to assist them. Service was prompt, friendly and efficient. They were not open last year during my visit and I was very happy to get a chance to eat there. I do not usually go to the same place twice during a visit so I get an opportunity to try many places. This was just too good to pass up a second dinner a week later. I will be back next year.

Klein aber oho! Dieses Lokal ist einen Besuch wert. Hier wird mit Leidenschaft gekocht, die Küche steht im direkten Kontakt mit den Gästen und man hat das Gefühl, dass einem die Wünsche von den Lippen abgelesen werden. Der Chef lebt das kochen und man sieht es ihm an und man schmeckt es. Der Laden hat Charme, Flair und es war unglaublich lecker.
