Tagli e Quarti in Volla (Naples) is one of those places that surprises from the first moment. The restaurant is elegant, well-maintained, and welcoming, with an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The meat is the true highlight: select cuts, perfectly cooked, and a presentation that demonstrates professionalism and passion. The wine and sparkling wine list is also excellent, designed to showcase each dish to its fullest. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to offer advice, making the experience even more enjoyable. A restaurant that combines quality, flavor, and customer service. We went to Quarti e Tagli with the whole family and had a truly perfect evening. The meat was delicious, perfectly cooked, and of excellent quality. The service also deserves special mention: the waiters were super professional, kind, and always attentive to our every need. A restaurant we definitely recommend and will gladly return to!

Worth a visit. The butcher shop next door, which extends to the restaurant, gives you a sense of the professionalism and quality of what they serve. Iconic dishes, with a distinct, modern twist. The skewers are delicious, and the ribs are unique—they're thin slices, but classic. The sandwiches are fantastic, and the vegetables are great too. We'll be back. Fast and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Excellent quality, so much kindness

There were three of us, all adults. The owner greeted us warmly and we sat down. The place is cute, there's free parking nearby, and they have both indoor and outdoor seating, both well-covered by a sheltered area. For appetizers, we ordered potato chips with cheese sauce and porchetta, and they were very good, except that the melted cheese was very cold, ruining the overall effect of the hot dish despite the good flavor and the very thin and tender porchetta. The meatballs in tomato sauce were very good, fried and then dipped in Neapolitan-style sauce, but the portion was too small, in my opinion. Our plates weren't clean, which meant we put grilled meat on the meatballs in tomato sauce plate (I wiped it with a napkin). We ordered a sandwich and two cuts of meat, an excellent baked potato, and a bottle of Primitivo. Here, too, the details somewhat ruined the experience. The stone brought for the cuts of meat, changed between each one, wasn't hot enough to sizzle but rather seared the meat mildly. The sandwich, meanwhile, was a long wait, arriving only when we'd almost finished the first cut of meat. We got to dessert, and the young lady serving us informed us that the desserts were "the ones in the display case." We asked further what was available, leading to a list from which we chose a tiramisu. I appreciate the consistency of those who dedicate themselves to their craft, but I continued to look for the house dessert, so I gave up. We weren't offered one, but on our way out I noticed there were some liqueurs, which we might have gladly tried at that point, having missed dessert. I'll close with a mention of the music, which was pounding and too loud. What a shame.

Everything was very very good and Carmen, the girl who welcomed us, was super kind.

Good overall. The only flaw was that we asked for the meat to be rare, and it was served a little overcooked compared to what we requested.

Nice place, friendly staff, but the real star is the quality of the meat, which is exceptional... The wait for the dishes could be improved.
