Obsessive customer service, a relaxed atmosphere, and top-notch staff make this a place you'll never want to leave. The kitchen? Open to the public, which exudes great professionalism and instills confidence...and the food is divine...fresh fish ingredients and generous portions. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality and quantity of food... Highly recommended.

Fantastic dinner. Beautiful restaurant with an open kitchen and incredibly friendly waiters. They take incredible care of their customers; they even have tampons (of all kinds) in the women's bathrooms. The dinner was exquisite; the homemade fregola was delicious, and the fritto misto was excellent. The price was absolutely right! Overall, I recommend it 100%. ❤️

Not a huge place, welcoming and clean, very kind, efficient and friendly staff. Perfect portions of the tasting menu, even abundant for me, excellent food. Next time I hope to be able to eat dessert, since they had so many in the fridge, but I was already full.

For the sixth time I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Quanto Basta restaurant with my partner, and for today too it was a more than happy choice. The dish that won me over? The fregola and fried calamari - a perfect combination of Sardinian tradition and creativity in the kitchen. The fregola was cooked to perfection: al dente, fragrant and wrapped in a tasty but balanced sauce, which enhanced the taste of the sea without covering it. The fried calamari, crunchy on the outside and very tender on the inside, added a delicious note to the dish that made every bite irresistible. All accompanied by a welcoming and well-kept environment, with kind and attentive staff, ready to recommend the right wine to enhance every flavor. If you are in Cagliari and want to try something authentic but with a touch of originality, I highly recommend you stop by Quanto Basta. The fregola and fried calamari really deserve applause!

A very pleasant surprise. When my partner and I arrived at the place we were not particularly impressed in a positive way, the street was rather neglected and anonymous. As soon as we entered, however, we found ourselves in a refined but welcoming environment. It was like opening an oyster and finding a pearl inside. We were welcomed by two very polite, elegant and very professional girls, behavior maintained throughout the duration of the dinner. Each course was delicious (the best fregola I have ever eaten) top quality fish in every dish. I would have expected this place to be on the seafront of Nice or Cannes. Highly recommended
