Buon locale in isola pedonale. Ottimo per gustare la tipica cucina romana a Bologna. Sia gli antipasti che i primi ed i secondi. Unica nota negativa, forse legata ad olio al momento, l’indisponibilita di molti vini in carta. Personale solerte e cortese , prezzi un po’ più alti degli altri “rimani”

Ho mangiato diverse volte a Roma, perchè ho un debole per la cucina romana. Non ricordo di avere mai mangiato meglio che al Quanto Basta, l’unica vera cucina romana a Bologna e provincia.

Food was delicious and very fairly priced, served faster than I expected which never happens! And service was great. Our waitress helped explain the entire menu because we don’t speak much (any) Italian and never made us feel rushed.

A Roman cuisine in Bologna. Tripe, oxtail, spaghetti alla gricia or cacio e pepe and other typical Roman dishes. Reservation is highly recommended. Possibility to eat indoors or outdoors.

The food is always good, the guys are attentive and professional. We tasted seasonal dishes off the menu, the Vignarola was great.

Excellent Roman cuisine, kind and friendly staff. The place is small, but welcoming, and in good weather there are also a few tables outside; However, it is advisable to book. Prices are medium-high. I'm always happy to come back!

17/06/2024: wonderful dinner garganelli with sausage a lust with lots of sausage, the croutons with onion compote then a delicacy in every sense the truffle meatballs with fondue the super obligatory slipper the scent of truffle was wonderful and to finish the mascarpone heaven in hocca. ...the wonderful owners impeccable service location maximum score ...thank you I had a great time and will be back soon
