An intimate, very charming place, with professional and helpful staff and high-quality, meticulously prepared dishes. I booked especially for the artichokes alla Giulia: dry, impeccable, and incredibly light fried. I've never found anything like them, even in Rome. The fresh tonnarelli with artichokes and pecorino cheese are also divine!

I had dinner with some friends on a Saturday evening. Although there was only one outdoor table available, the experience was still excellent. The food is excellent, and the wine list is extensive and well-curated. The desserts, finally, are truly extraordinary. I will gladly return.

A restaurant of unquestionable quality; the carbonara was truly delicious and the guanciale was super crispy. As for the main courses, I found them delicious and very flavorful. The only thing that left me a little perplexed were the desserts, which didn't impress me, but perhaps the previous dishes had raised my expectations. A positive experience, I'll be back!

09/12/2025: We tried the pistachio panettone, and it was in another league. The first courses are superb. The combination of Roman and Emilian cuisine works in every dish. Our preference is for the Roman one.
05/12/2025: We often go to this place where you can eat Bolognese and Roman cuisine... everything is excellent... we like the Roman one better than the one in Rome

Trattoria del Volo a Vela l'Accademia del Cacio e Pepe

03/03/2026: The dishes are "embarrassingly" delicious. Fast service, friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere is like a trattoria, clean and well-kept. A must-stop if passing through Bologna.
