We have been frequenting this place for years and it has remained unchanged over time, both in quality and in soul. Even if the cuisine is Roman, not refined in the strict sense of the term but cared for and with excellent raw materials, the small environment with a soft atmosphere makes it suitable for romantic dinners. For us it is the fixed event with which to celebrate an anniversary. The menu has remained essentially unchanged with some variations of the day but, I repeat, the quality has also remained unchanged. I recommend starting with the appetizers (my favorites, supplì, cod meatballs and caponatina), and then moving on to a first course (gricia, cacio e pepe, all'amatriciana, carbonara): whichever you choose, you won't be disappointed. The portions are generous, but can be shared. They can say little about the second courses, because we usually stop to move on to dessert, but for those who love chicory, I wouldn't miss them. The service is always precise and friendly. A message for foreign friends: the pasta is cooked to perfection, slightly al dente as it should be; let's get used to teaching the world what real Italian cuisine is like. Highly recommended.

Buon locale in isola pedonale. Ottimo per gustare la tipica cucina romana a Bologna. Sia gli antipasti che i primi ed i secondi.
Unica nota negativa, forse legata ad olio al momento, l’indisponibilita di molti vini in carta. Personale solerte e cortese , prezzi un po’ più alti degli altri “rimani”
Questo ristorante, per me che sono romano, è una sorpresa di piatti e sapori veramente genuini. A partire dai supplì, i maccheroni all’amatriciana, i tonnarelli cacio e pepe veramente squisiti, i saltimbocca con la cicoria, tutto ben fatto.
Complimenti al cuoco, torneremo di sicuro.
