Typical Roman cuisine, meticulously prepared and high-quality. The carbonara and amatriciana are excellent. Prices are moderately high. The cream and sour cherry ice cream is very good. The atmosphere is small and traditional, with a family atmosphere. The service is courteous and efficient.

Precious little place with very careful and personal management. Dinner for 6 people on Friday evening, booking essential, very fresh food cooked expressly and delicious. Pasta al dente, but if you prefer it more cooked, just specify it when ordering, of excellent quality and digestibility. The wines and desserts are also excellent. Super recommended!

Small restaurant with a few seats for a select few that offers exclusively Lazio dishes. Essential mise en place, dishes executed to perfection with quality raw materials, kind, attentive and courteous service. Fair value for money. Reservation is recommended.

If you are a lover of Roman cuisine you definitely cannot miss this gem in Via del Pratello.
This place is not a simple Roman cuisine restaurant: this place is an experience.
Unmissable fried foods, I put the emphasis on the artichoke and the supplì; all great first courses superbly prepared. Just thinking about it made me hungry again!
If you were to pass through here you risk coming back a second time, then a third, a fourth...

Ad oggi, il mio posto preferito in assoluto a Bologna.
Amo la cucina romana e al Quanto Basta si mangia meglio che in tantissime trattorie di Roma.
I primi sono commoventi , i secondi pure.
In più , questa è stagione di carciofi e ciao.
Guardate questo piatto: tonnarelli con carciofo, guanciale e pecorino .
