Quadrilatero In Noto

Excellent restaurant and especially excellent pizzas. We have tasted some really excellent and very good pizzas.... I recommend it just outside Noto, a quiet and welcoming place.

A charming and characteristic setting just outside Noto.

A very nice location, isolated and easily accessible, with ample parking. The interior is also very pleasant. The appetizers were average, as were the pizzas; at least ours were nothing exceptional, just average. The service was a sore point: dull and quite absent. They didn't even change our cutlery between courses, and considering the location, I thought that was the minimum. ***small addition to the owners' response*** First of all, thank you for taking the time to respond. The change of cutlery could and should have been done, considering that, in addition to the fries, as you well know, they also ordered the tuna arancini, which obviously has a flavor that clashes with the pizza. We shared it, as well as the fries, so all four pieces of cutlery were used. When we were there, half the tables in our dining room were free. I obviously don't know if there were other dining rooms, but it certainly wasn't packed. In any case, I know how much work goes into the service, so I'm sure it was just a slightly unusual evening! The location is well-kept and welcoming, the staff is attentive and friendly (they're all young and cheerful), and the pizza? The best pizza I've ever had in the area. Long-rising dough, always perfectly cooked, excellent ingredients. What can I say? It's now my favorite pizzeria ❤️If I'm craving pizza, there's only Quadrilatero! P.S. I'm Neapolitan 😁

We were pleasantly surprised by everything. The pizzas were very good, the place is cute and has an indoor dining area, a veranda, and outdoor seating. The service was fast, courteous, and attentive. Plenty of parking. The only downside was the dining area we were in was particularly noisy. Returning to the food, in our case pizzas, we tried several and they were all truly delicious, both in terms of the dough (both regular and black) and the toppings, from the classic Margherita to other much more elaborate options, but always very balanced. Whenever possible, we'll return to try the rest of the cuisine.

I'm on vacation in the enchanting setting of Noto and this restaurant was recommended to me!!! Excellent experience! Delicious, fresh dishes and a welcoming atmosphere. Quick service and friendly staff. A restaurant that will win you over from the first course to the last. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Cliente affezionato. Posto bello d'estate ed inverno. E' tutto curato nei minimi dettagli: all'esterno il bel giardino, il gazebo, il dehor. All'interno la bella sala centrale e le altre. Si è sempre ben accolti e quasi coccolati. Personale professionale, sempre sorridente, come i gerenti. Buona cucina, curata nella qualità dei cibi e nella presentazione, altrettanto le pizze anche con particolare impasto ai cereali. Ottimi dolci, tiramisù eccellente.

Non mi delude mai.. staff giovane, cordiale e disponibile. Pizza buonissima con impasto leggero e digeribile. Il menù della pizzeria è davvero originale e trovi una vasta gamma di pizze insolite e super squisite. Anche l’ impasto dark è davvero particolare. Non ho ancora provato il menu ristorante ma spero di poterlo fare presto.
