The most tasty Pizza I've ever had in Italy! Canollo was a dream, perfect presentation, creamy, generous portion, perfect for 2 people sharing, tasty. Very good bear selection, very good quality bear. Great service, paying attention to every detail. Young, fresh, atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I was there yesterday for a company dinner with a pizza round. The environment was prepared in a very welcoming way and the staff were very helpful and attentive to the needs of the diners. The pizzas presented were very good and with excellent quality ingredients. Particular attention should also be appreciated for those who had some food intolerance.

We have been going to the quadrilatero for a few years and we immediately had a great time. Angelo and Roberta are welcoming, nice, friendly, attentive to the customer, and have everything that perfect hosts must have so that the customer feels comfortable. Not to mention the kids, Ignazio, Luca, Ivan, Chiara and also Eleonora who unfortunately no longer works at the quadrilateral, all wonderful! Even Angelo's partner, I apologize for not remembering her name, is very nice! Pizza?! Delicious, well-leavened, digestible, well seasoned, it is absolutely not the classic pizza with a billion toppings put on top by munzeddu, that you eat it and feel no flavour. The pizzas are particular, with particular and classic flours based on your taste, they are well seasoned and delicious. It's true that the prices are perhaps higher than in a "classic" pizzeria, but it's also true that at the quadrilatero you'll find everything listed above and therefore, you'll find plenty to like! Da un po' di anni andiamo al quadrilatero e da subito ci siamo trovati benissimo. Angelo e Roberta sono accoglienti, simpatici, cordiali, attenti al cliente, ed hanno tutto ciò che dei perfetti padroni di casa devono avere affinché il cliente si trovi bene. Per non parlare dei ragazzi, Ignazio, Luca, Ivan, Chiara ed anche Eleonora che purtroppo non lavora più al quadrilatero, tutti stupendi! Anche la compagna di Angelo, mi scuso per non ricordare il nome, è simpaticissima! La pizza?! Squisita, lievitata bene, digeribile, ben condita, non è assolutamente la classica pizza con un miliardo di condimenti sopra misi a munzeddu, che la mangi e non senti nessun sapore.. Le pizze sono particolari, con farine particolari e classiche in base al proprio gusto, sono ben condite e squisite. Vero è che i prezzi sono magari più altini rispetto ad una pizzeria "classica", ma è anche vero che al quadrilatero trovi tutto ciò elencato sopra e quindi, u piaciri si paia! Poi c'è da dire che anche il cliente fa la differenza, e noi siamo dei clienti eccellenti 😜. Continuate così che andrete sempre più in alto cari ragazzi!! Besos, D&V

It is a very well-run restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. The service was great and the pizzas were great. In fact, there are other appealing dishes on the menu that we will definitely try on next visits when we are back in Noto.
