Quadrilatero In Noto

Excellent pizza and fish dishes. Pleasant and quiet atmosphere.

Beautiful restaurant, with lots of space. Both indoor and outdoor tables, with a beautiful garden as a backdrop. It is located a few minutes by car from Noto. We liked it so much that in a week of vacation, we dined there three times. A special mention for the pizzas, available in various doughs and super topped. Also excellent quality meat and fish. A little expensive but worth it. Recommended!

The staff is young and very professional. The environment is welcoming, clean and made with care. The food is not up to par but good. You pay for quality, it's true, but here you pay too much, it's a business. Worth a try, yes! But personally I won't be back

Came for the tiramisushi, stayed for the excellent pizzas

I didn't expect such good food !! We tried two pizzas - and both were truly good, with strange but successful combination of flavours. The costini with shrimp was truly good ! The crown jewel was the tiramisushi. We ordered for the good pun, but it was quite good! Truly not expecting this experience on a restaurant in front of a main road.

Great place! The food is very good. The environment is nice and clean. The staff is qualified and courteous, ready for any eventuality. Highly recommended!

I got the last table without a reservation and had a lovely evening. Great food! I highly recommend the spaghetti and pizzas. The staff were also very friendly.

Da un po' di anni andiamo al quadrilatero e da subito ci siamo trovati benissimo. Angelo e Roberta sono accoglienti, simpatici, cordiali, attenti al cliente, ed hanno tutto ciò che dei perfetti padroni di casa devono avere affinché il cliente si trovi bene. Per non parlare dei ragazzi, Ignazio, Luca, Ivan, Chiara ed anche Eleonora che purtroppo non lavora più al quadrilatero, tutti stupendi! Anche la compagna di Angelo, mi scuso per non ricordare il nome, è simpaticissima! La pizza?! Squisita, lievitata bene, digeribile, ben condita, non è assolutamente la classica pizza con un miliardo di condimenti sopra misi a munzeddu, che la mangi e non senti nessun sapore.. Le pizze sono particolari, con farine particolari e classiche in base al proprio gusto, sono ben condite e squisite. Vero è che i prezzi sono magari più altini rispetto ad una pizzeria "classica", ma è anche vero che al quadrilatero trovi tutto ciò elencato sopra e quindi, u piaciri si paia! Poi c'è da dire che anche il cliente fa la differenza, e noi siamo dei clienti eccellenti 😜. Continuate così che andrete sempre più in alto cari ragazzi!! Besos, D&V
