We went to this restaurant with a couple of friends who had already come to try, one word EMOTION. It's been a long time since I tried dishes like these, incredible study and a passion that can be seen a mile away. The owner is very knowledgeable. Incredibly short waiting times. Qor di Balena is always a certainty! The owner is always kind, friendly, attentive, professional, takes care of every detail and makes the experience truly unique, remembers the tastes of his customers and magically manages to guess those of new customers. Always keep an eye on all the tables, throughout your stay, you never miss anything. It goes without saying that the food is delicious, with a simple dish he manages to immerse the customer in the country he comes from. The wines are always refined, varied and truly excellent! (I try a different one every time, like the dishes of course). Excellent choice for vegans too. I have never made a mediocre impression by bringing friends here, it is a place I would return to a thousand times! I didn't take photos of all the dishes because we bit into them first.
