Very pleasant environment (unexpected from the outside!), punctual, kind, accurate service. Excellent variety especially of meat. Excellent quality (unforgettable Wellington fillet!) and good wine list, with a substantial presence of local labels (even unusual ones). The soft music in the background is also pleasant. Well spaced tables. Advised!

Excellent food, flavors and quality.
I'm a bit of a spoiled person, I admit, but a nice, well-ironed white cotton tablecloth and a candle at the table would have made the difference given the quality of the food.
I really don't have plastic placemats and I would have appreciated a little more cleaning of the table, even at the moment with a sanitizing spray given the Covid moment we've been through.

In a welcoming and elegant atmosphere you can enjoy traditional Brescian dishes revisited with care and competence. The choice of cuts of meat is excellent, with particular attention to the origin and the preservation and cooking method. The risottos are unsurpassed.
Friendly but professional table service

Come al solito quando ho voglia di carne vado al Qbr.
Avevo voglia di qualcosa di saporito e mi hanno fatto provare una sashi finlandese incredibile.
Sulla carta questo posto ha pochi eguali a Brescia.

In an difficult position, it remains hidden inside the street, the place is not large, but offers outdoor spaces.
It is pleasant and well furnished, few tables but allow distance.
The menu is varied and interesting, the presentation is careful, the quality is good.
The staff is competent and available to advice.
The prices are not very competitive, the wait a little exaggerated.
