The structure is functional but without a coordinated style. There are 4 areas: room/restaurant with large counter, baby area with play structure, laser warfare area of ​​which only the entrance wall and partially the "weapons" storage corridor can be seen, coin-operated play area. We celebrated a birthday with the "formula" snack + 2 laser war matches. The organization of the birthday is considered to last 3 hours but the games last 20 minutes + the snack. There remains a lot of time in which you are "forced" to spend in the coin area or add a third game... better to say 2 hours. The coordination of employees can be improved, there is no point of reference from which to ask for information. It seems that everyone is responsible for their own area without taking care of the others and if you need something you have to ask 2/3 people before arriving at the solution. The girls at the restaurant don't shine with friendliness. Regarding the snack, I recommend the hamburger because they only give one piece of pizza, approximately 15x15cm Music too loud in the refreshment area, difficult to talk. In the end the kids had fun but I don't think I'll suggest it again.
