22/04/2026: I stumbled upon it "by chance," and it was a pleasant discovery. The gelato was tasty and just the right consistency, and it was served by an extremely courteous and friendly young lady.
23/03/2026: Since June 2023, I've been enthusiastically returning to this place every morning before heading to the office in the building across the street. It's a great place for breakfast, a coffee break, or gelato, but above all, to experience a sense of positivity and lightheartedness. Marco and the staff (Domenico, Matteo, and Keryl) are addictive; delightful for their friendliness, politeness, kindness, helpfulness, and masterful professionalism. They could teach 80% of all staff in public establishments what customer service is all about. The value for money is excellent, and I'm surprised to read some of the negative reviews about rudeness, bias, high prices, food quality, etc., which I believe are left more out of a bad temper or personal frustration than a genuine experience. The croissants are delicious, and there's something for every flavor, classic or otherwise, the coffee is good, and so is the gelato... which is always kindly offered as a small sample to everyone. If you're looking for a renowned café or gelateria where they serve you with white silk gloves, artisanal brioches leavened in the Matterhorn air for seven days before being brought to Milan every morning, with three Michelin-star flavors and presentations, paying gold for bronze, don't go here. Full speed ahead, folks, and thank you for who you are and for giving every day. See you tomorrow.
