We were greeted with great enthusiasm and kindness from the staff right from the start, who immediately showed us to our table, even without a reservation. We enjoyed a delicious pizza, beautifully presented as well. I must say the menu is five pages long, each more inviting than the last, so there's something for everyone. And at the end they even offered us a delicious limoncello. A few more words for Francesco, who with his great charm won us over, especially our palates. Thank you, Francesco, for your professionalism.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed... every summer, after spending a day at the beach, we stop at this lovely little place before heading home. But yesterday they were a bit poorly organized... a black mark, even for slightly inexperienced kids. The organizational management was a bit poor. I still had to take orders for tables hours later. Anyway, have a great summer.

Serata bellissima e piacevolissima, pizza ottima, servizio eccellente. Abbiamo trascorso delle ore in compagnia di musica senza telefonini visto che sono disponibili anche i bigliardini. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo

I always go to this pizzeria, and although I don't eat pizza, I always eat it all. Try it and believe it. Super staff, 5-star pizza. Great guys!!

19/10/2025: Dinner at this elegant restaurant was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and the care and attention to food intolerances, in my case, celiac disease, was exceptional. Thank you again for pampering me that evening at dinner and the next day at breakfast in the café next door. If I ever return to Ragusa, it would be a pleasure to return to Circolo D'Italia.
12/10/2025: The pasta here is so delicious. I had pasta for lunch, and the anchovy spaghetti and sea urchin cream paccheri were absolutely delicious. The anchovy spaghetti was perfectly balanced, and the sea urchin cream paccheri was delicious. If you like creamy pasta, try this. The atmosphere is nice and clean, and they even provide handkerchiefs in the bathroom. I definitely recommend trying this if you're visiting Ragusa. Just make sure to check the bill carefully when you pay! There were two waters, and the dessert was from a different menu. Enough for two Koreans.

Trattoria Pizzeria Al Castello Donnafugata

02/11/2025: After the wonderful visit to the castle, we stopped for a refreshing drink. We were hungry, so we decided to share an appetizer. All the individual dishes on a single plate were local, authentic, and very tasty. The only thing that left me a little perplexed was the €3 cover charge per person; otherwise, the price was very fair.
27/10/2025: After a wonderful visit to Donnafugata Castle, we stopped here for lunch, and I must say it was an excellent choice! We started with a truly rich and delicious Italian appetizer: fresh ricotta, various cured meats, scacciata, and other local specialties, all delicious and high-quality. We then tried several first courses—ricotta tortellini with pistachio sauce, tortellini with walnut sauce, cavatelli alla norma, baked lasagna, and pasta with pork sauce—all carefully prepared and with authentic flavors. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, and excellent value. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. A recommended place for those who want to enjoy good Sicilian cuisine after a visit to the castle!
