Punto Verde In Ortona

Very simple location, practically on the beach. Fast service. Few dishes, simple and delicious. We went in mid September for a quick lunch with the last rays of sun and it was perfect. In 50 minutes we managed to leave and enjoy the sea view. Very good and honest. To try and try again.

If you wish to experience the real atmosphere and food like in the 70s. This is the place to be. Very good fish food, easy going environment.

I must say everything we managed to eat was good, but towards the end there was a big disappointment... When the last course arrived, not knowing that it was one for two, and having placed each plate in front of a single diner, and not having been warned that it had to be like this, especially since we didn't have an empty plate to divide it anyway that had been brought, 4 ate and 5 were left empty-handed. I asked the staff several times, but no one bothered to give an explanation. When I asked the lady who told me that she was the person in charge, first she attacked me and then I was literally told to do what... As a former room manager he was neither polite nor good behavior and very little respect for an older person... I'm sorry because I recently moved to the area, but certainly with a little more education I would have returned anyway because it was well cooked.. But never again... Whoever loses one customer then loses another hundred.. Just a piece of advice, think before replying to your paid guests... Good luck...
