31/07/2025: Another place I chose at random during my vacation. After trekking in Piancavallo, I was just hungry. The set lunch menu put me off right away, especially since there weren't many vegetarian options, but the vegetable and side dish buffet and the pasta portion that arrived dispelled any doubts. Friendly staff, lunch outside. Recommended!

Fermento

10/09/2025: It was my first time at Fermento in Sacile, and it was a special experience right from the start: the smell of freshly baked bread wafts from the end of the street and accompanies you all the way to the door. The bread is crispy and fragrant, truly well-made. I also tried the one with raisins and chocolate: a delicious surprise, soft and rich in flavor. A place that knows how to win you over from the first bite!
20/08/2025: Excellent bakery with a warm atmosphere and the smell of freshly baked bread. We went for breakfast and got savory options. I got a whole wheat bread, and the texture and aroma are second to none. It's my favorite bakery from now on.
