Excellent resort. I travelled alone and had no car. If you have no vehicle you are very restricted to stay on the resort which has amazing panoramic views!!! However magliano village is a 3km walk away. My only critism is that the resort has no shop so If you need cigarettes or wine or snacks it means a trip to the village. As I was only Bed & breakfast I found the food in the restaurant a bit expensive for me. I would definitely recommend going full board if you stay on the resort or arrange a car. There are no taxis and no buses here. Overall a fantastic trip and would definitely come back with someone who could drive. I am not confident enough to drive abroad. Brilliant holiday and great accomodation with Aircon. The restaurant is excellent with a 5 star chef Leonardo. The waiting staff are lovely too . Would be nice to have music playing in the restaurant. The pools are great and the loungers are 5 star with many different position options. I recommend this place 100%.

Wonderful experience! Excellent food, comfortable rooms with breathtaking views. Gorgeous pool for relaxing at sunset. A special thank you to the entire team who helped make our stay even more enjoyable: Maître d' Salvatore, Joele, and all the dining room staff. Renata and Jenia, who livened up our evenings, even involving the little ones. Moira at the bar was always smiling, punctual, and attentive. Even our big dog felt welcome and on vacation. Beautiful resort, great for relaxing. Suitable for everyone, but service could be improved, especially for children. The reception staff were very kind and friendly.

Excellent, spacious spaces. The food is good, including the pizza. The restaurant staff is friendly, the bar staff is less so. The entertainment needs to be reviewed.

Relax! Rating 10+...beautiful, clean, tidy, well-kept. A particularly positive note goes to the staff, especially the restaurant staff, who were incredibly kind and helpful! They spoiled us with courtesy and efficiency! Always smiling and helpful, with a natural and spontaneous approach...which is not to be taken for granted!! Indeed! The restaurant staff deserves top marks! Breakfast and dinner buffet...everything delicious and plentiful. Beautiful location in the Tuscan hills. Three pools of varying depths and loungers, a kind and friendly lifeguard. The cleaning ladies were very nice and willing to make up our room during breakfast time when the dog was with us so we wouldn't have to worry about coming in if the dog was alone in the room. Baby dance for the little ones after dinner.

A truly positive experience, both for the property and the services offered. It's also great for those traveling with dogs. The buffet food is truly excellent, as are the breakfasts, which are delicious and plentiful. The apartments are very large and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and always available. The view in the evenings is truly spectacular. We'll definitely be back.

Lovely location. The breakfast and dinner staff were very friendly. The rooms all need updating, especially the bathroom, which is terrible.

The location in the Tuscan countryside is beautiful, family-friendly, with a swimming pool with three pools of varying depths (40 cm, 1 m, and 1.40 m). The staff is friendly and helpful. On a side note, the restaurant should be more thoughtful; it's a self-service buffet, and breakfast isn't up to par. There is, however, a pizzeria on the property.
