The brunette girl with curls particularly struck me with her attentive gaze on the room, very good!
The food has both classic offerings but also very special proposals created by the owner!

What can I say, we haven't been there for about 2 months, we're changing our previous review: there's absolutely nothing bad to say about the food at this restaurant.
IT'S ALL TOO GOOD.
We went for dinner, a gigantic menu, perhaps even to the detriment of the kitchen that has to make various types and use so many ingredients. But some Rolls, they are FABULOUS.
Here you just have to look carefully at the menu, because it's a bit scattered in its sections, which could also be grouped together for convenience.
Yes, no way, Umai on food, the care of the rolls, always remains Umai. Good, tasty, varied, imaginative. It's impossible not to like them once you've found your favorites.
When you find the gems, you never forget them. Personally, I love when they use lemon zest, a touch of class that is not obvious 🤤
The owner is always kind to us, so we really have nothing to complain about.
Some useful tips:
1) Only one tablet per table is a bit inconvenient. There are now more practical systems, with QR codes and ordering via smartphone. There would be a need for modernization on this front.
2) At Umai you eat divinely and well, and of quality. But, I would say, try to go at times when there is not too much crowd. Otherwise it could be difficult to bring this quality to your table, and you risk the collapse of the service. We went at 8:00 pm, practically at opening and luckily there were not too many customers. This factor is important especially for the central lunch areas.
3) Yes, the cost can be a bit high, perhaps there could be concessions, for example increasing the cost on the weekend, and lowering it during. In short, balance everything. But when I bring you all the dishes, with that care, with that attention, you don't even look at the price anymore honestly. And whoever writes here is certainly not rolling in gold! :)
