Lovely place, Ottoma structure. Room assigned to us clean, hard mattress and pillows to be improved, and annoying noise from the air conditioner. As regards the buffet dinner, it must be underlined that unfortunately, although it was plentiful, especially at the beginning, the courses were not replaced as they ran out. Surprise, water wasn't even included in the dinner, while in the morning at breakfast it was. Furthermore, the service was a bit lacking. The lady at the bar was very friendly and professional. The performance of the singer, whose name I don't remember, was elegant.

I just stayed here with my family and we were very happy with our choice; some negative reviews had scared us a little, but in the end I believe that the experience is always subjective. We found the room clean, the swimming pools equipped and clean, and as regards the breakfast/dinner buffet always very abundant, varied every day and above all of good quality!! Furthermore, all the hotel, swimming pool and restaurant staff are always super kind and welcoming, always available! If I had to suggest an improvement, I would add some services such as excursions etc. I would include more entertainers to do daytime and evening activities. On the sporting side, I would pay more attention to the tennis and football fields.. All in all we give 5 stars to our holiday, very highly recommended!!!

A beautiful location in the hills, excellent cleanliness of the rooms, a good breakfast and three beautiful swimming pools. I don't give fifths for this reason, on Friday while shopping we forgot to buy salt, the market is about 15 km away, my son went to the restaurant to ask for the courtesy of having a little bit of salt just for the pasta.... They told him they didn't have any!!!!! Sometimes all it takes is a pinch of courtesy to get the most out of it.

Very quiet place in a magnificent landscape. you are between Sea/Countryside and Big Cities, you have to drive a little but it is a good compromise to delight the whole family There are 4 of us (2 adults / 2 children (2/7 years)) we took the 6 person room so 2 real bedrooms and a convertible sofa. Old-fashioned decor but we don't care because it's a spacious room with kitchen living room + 2 bathrooms and air conditioning in each room + garden Bravo WiFi not great but 4G perfect No maintenance products (dishwasher, etc.) Plan to come with a well-filled shopping bag for the first 2 days in order to enjoy it when you arrive There is nothing around except a food outlet in Magliano with not much, however there are plenty of restaurants to eat there. It takes a 20-minute drive to reach a market crossroads in “Albinia” (it goes quickly and the road is beautiful) and its magnificent sandy beaches or a 40-minute drive to a large shopping center in Grosseto Top staff - nothing to say, although I speak Italian I was welcomed in French which is always cool. The restaurant is an all-you-can-eat buffet - remember to make a reservation, the restaurant is undersized. The best bar - remember that in Italy normally except in large tourist towns, you get up to order at the bar then the person arrives to serve you - otherwise you will wait. The 3 pools swimming pool is just great, only one entertainer provides activities for the children but that's enough. You are 50 minutes from the Mulino waterfall (it's not bad) 1h30 from Sienna (it goes quickly) - and 1h30 from Val d'Orcia (to do at the same time as Sienna it's on the road) Speaking of roads, be careful everywhere in Tuscany, if the highway seems to you to be in a shabby state - then the country roads be very careful there are no words to describe that especially near the waterfall and Val d' Orcia. You see the 30km/h sign made there for a reason.

Where to start... I often travel to Tuscany and I must say that this time I was a little disappointed. Village located in an excellent position with a beautiful view (depends on the room). Very dated and small room, the bathroom door barely opened. Cleanliness not at the top, especially on the terrace. The umbrellas at the pool almost all need to be replaced, cleanliness in the pool was very discreet, breakfast had little choice and many products were old for a few days (like tart), broken cups, mess in the pool, kids diving, playing football in the water. Exaggerated bar prices, two ginsengs and a 500ml bottle of water €5.50. They don't even leave a bottle of water in the room. Not to return.

We arrived at the resort booked for three people. And there we were told that it had only been booked for two people. And the voucher we had with us stated that the apartment was for four people. They didn't do anything with that. There was a manager or something who was on the phone all the time and choked the people at the counter. In between his phone calls they said he didn't want to do anything for us unless we paid extra. We called our travel organization and after a two-hour wait they finally arranged with another employee that we got an apartment for four people.

Suggestive location that invites you to relax and recharge. Very well-kept common areas and excellent cleanliness of the rooms, at the buffet we always found fresh and varied food. The reception staff is available to fulfill any request at any time of the day, and the lounge staff are courteous and professional in their explanations. Well done! We will definitely be back, recommended!

Great resort, with beautiful houses and views of Tuscany. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and shown where everything was and the times of each thing (such as the restaurants, pools...) It's very hilly here, but you can get to the rooms by car, where you can then unload your luggage and drive back to the parking lot. Some rooms also have parking spaces directly in front of the house. We have a standard double room. It has a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove and cupboards. (There are also pans and dishes) By the way, the bed is very hard. The breakfast is varied, there are fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, yoghurt, warm and cold drinks. However, the vegetables (tomatoes and cucumbers) were very dried out. The scrambled eggs and bacon were also dry. Regarding the other negative points: Our room didn't have a window (only a door) that you could open, which really annoyed us because we couldn't open a window while sleeping (otherwise you'd have to sleep with the door open). We also had a towel that had brown stains and didn't look clean.
