This site was a pleasant surprise. After spending the morning exploring the Pantheon, we found ourselves looking for a place to eat at an unusual hour. We stumbled upon this restaurant almost by accident, and it was one of the best decisions of the day. From the moment we approached, we were captivated by the atmosphere. The place has a special charm, we stayed on the terrace. The stove, soft and warm lights added a touch of intimacy and relaxation, creating a perfect environment to enjoy a good meal. The restaurant staff deserves a special mention. The waiters were not only extremely friendly, but also very funny. They welcomed us with a smile and their light banter made us feel at home immediately. Being the first day we were in Rome, his attitude made our day very happy. The food was, without a doubt, the highlight of our visit. The pasta carbonara I ordered was extraordinary, and it was gluten-free! Without exaggeration, I can say that it was one of the best, if not the best, pasta carbonara I have eaten in Rome. A small quirk of the place is that they only accept cash payments. This might be an inconvenience for some, but fortunately we were prepared and had no problems. However, it is a detail to keep in mind for future visits. From the cozy atmosphere and great food, to the friendly and fun staff, everything contributed to making this lunch a memorable time. It is certainly a place I would recommend to anyone visiting Rome and looking for an authentic and enjoyable dining experience. I honestly don't understand the bad reviews I've read about this place. Our experience was absolutely positive and we consider it a highly recommended place.

We were looking for a different restaurant that we couldn’t find. However, David greeted us outside and with his friendly smile, we decided to have dinner. The food was delicious and Nico, our waiter, was wonderful. It was as though they couldn’t do enough to make us happy. It was a Wonderful meal and experience!

I think it’s the most friendly place we have been in Rome so far. It has a wonderful courtyard and it’s near the pantheon. Great location and wonderful stuff. We had a wonderful time here and we were able to have the conversation here with the waiters. Recommend all of you to come here for an authentic Italian meal. They have the Roman pizza which is thin crispy and they have the Napoleon pizza which is thicker. 🍕

Restaurant in Rome where you can try typical Italian food near the Pantheon.... And like everything in Rome, it is expensive. But you eat well.
