A very cool restaurant with a modern feel, yet still unmistakably Roman in character. The menu is extensive, offering plenty of great options to choose from. The food was truly excellent. We tried the tartare, the pasta with meatballs, and the cacio e pepe with an added tartare. Every single dish was outstanding. The flavors were well-balanced, ingredients fresh, and everything was beautifully prepared.

He guided us toward dishes that truly shined, all at a very fair price point. No upselling, just honest suggestions. We started with the beef tartare with truffle and mushrooms. Elegant and well balanced, with the truffle adding depth without overpowering the freshness of the meat. Clean flavors, beautiful texture, and great execution. The pasta alla gricia was a tribute to guanciale. Creamy, rich, perfectly cooked. A simple dish that relies on technique, and they nailed it. Pure Roman soul on a plate. The polpette alla amatriciana were hearty and comforting, coated in a generous, well-structured sauce. The kind of dish that makes you reach for bread without hesitation. Special mention to the Mamurra rosé: fresh, food friendly, and a perfect companion throughout the meal.
