A 360-degree sensory experience... Chiostro degli Scolopi, in the heart of Tricase's historic center, not only enchants with its beauty and historic significance, but also offers excellent traditional Salento dishes and more, showcasing locally sourced ingredients to the fullest. Excellent homemade leavened products and a wide selection of superb meats, all wrapped up in a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere.

If you ever want really good Italian food and southern Italian hospitality as you have heard of in tourist guides, this is the place for you! The chef came to our table multiple times to show the fresh ingredients and gave really good suggestions for the menu. The picanha was amazing! Make sure to pass by if you are in the area!

Beautiful location in one of the most charming spots in our small town.
Antonio is a master at showcasing his exquisite dishes, prepared with the highest quality ingredients and vegetables lovingly grown by him and his sister Luisa, who guides him on this journey with great professionalism.
I've been there and I'll be back, and this isn't a biased review, but a reality that can only be experienced by experiencing it for yourself.

A very stylish restaurant in a historic vaulted room.
We received a warm welcome from Antonio.
The food was exceptionally delicious. There were homemade appetizers: grisini and regional bread specialties.
We had delicious pasta and an excellent wine to go with it.
We highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.

Sono stata a cena con un’amica.
Il servizio é stato eccellente. La location splendida.
Il cibo ottimo e ingredienti a km zero di produzione propria. Il pane e grissini fatti in casa.
La passione di Antonio in cucina fa trasparire l’amore per il suo lavoro e per la sua terra.

Dimora storica risalente al 1700/1800 poi diventato Chiostro degli Scolopi e oggi sale di un ristorante nobilmente e magistralmente gestito dal sig Antonio che ti accoglie con la sua simpatia e soprattutto professionalità
Dal pane agli antipasti primi e contorni come ricercati dal gestore quali "piatti antichi" alla carne di alta qualità tutto da gustare con una ottima carta di vini.
Peccato che visto gli alti prezzi delle bottiglie di vino abbiamo optato per solo due calici di ottimo vino ma a mescita. Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità + simpatia.
