An experience to do, when you enter this place you perceive the charm and the history, the Piarist cloister with a real chapel inside is amazing, Antonio is an excellent host, he welcomes you as if he had been your friend forever. His dishes are typical and cooked with the products of his countryside. The thing that fascinated me a lot is that he showed us his entire restaurant and also the kitchen where his mother is and immediately you feel the warmth of home. His place is very elegant and full of small details, truly a gem. His tasty dishes, rediscover the true flavors and well presented. Congratulations to Antonio, his sister and his mother. Very fine vintage ambiance. Spacious courtyard. The chef is very kind and generous with excellent advice. The service is efficient. The offer is high level: homemade baked goods, traditional dishes revisited with taste. Normal price compared to the level of the place.

Antonio, chef and owner, very courteous and at the same time professional. He transmits to his guests, the true passion for good food and the excellent raw materials that he uses to create tasty dishes and cared for also in the plating, also sharing the secrets of their realization. The local tradition is the starting point of this culinary journey that is pleasantly contaminated by other traditions of Italian cuisine, the result is remarkable.

We ate an excellent tagliata and an equally excellent puree of broad beans with artichoke, served by a perfect host who made us feel at ease, all located in the rooms of an ancient structure. A beautiful and peaceful evening!

Location favolosa ricavata da un antico convento. Molto suggestiva Grazie ad un richiamo al passato. Servizio impeccabile grazie alla professionalità e cordialità dei proprietari Antonio e Luisa attenti ad ogni minima esigenza. Cibo di alta qualità !! Location gradevole, siamo stati accolti dal titolare (chef). Buoni i prodotti preparati con le materie prime del proprio orto e i vari tipi di pane e grissini. Dal menù abbiamo scelto “agnello alla brace” ma nel piatto non vi era ombra di parti “nobili” come coscia, spalla ma pezzi con quasi tutto osso che oltretutto necessitavano di più cottura trattandosi di carne ovina. Gli involtini di agnello poi non erano proprio eccezionali nel gusto. La tagliata invece la consiglio, era ben presentata e buona nella cottura. Per i dolci, abbiamo preso il sufflè al cioccolato fatto da loro, che doveva avere il tradizionale cuore fondente morbido ma è arrivato invece secco. A noi piace provare sempre nuove esperienze culinarie ed avevamo scelto questo posto poichè eravamo incuriositi leggendo le recensioni. Non abbiamo preso primi piatti che immagino incarnino meglio lo spirito del concept del locale, ormai non più esclusivo perché usato da molti ristoratori in zona. Proprio per la popolarità del concept invito i titolari a “rivedere” il listino prezzi che, secondo il nostro parere, risulta abbastanza alto/esagerato rispetto ai prodotti/servizi offerti. Spero che queste osservazioni siano accolte con spirito costruttivo.
