We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and the experience was truly excellent in every way. We were welcomed by the owner, a rare kind person, who immediately conveyed the passion, dedication, and love he puts into his work. Throughout the evening, we were treated with great care and attention, in a welcoming and refined atmosphere. We sampled traditional dishes expertly reimagined, prepared with the highest-quality ingredients. The artichoke with fava beans was particularly delicious. The homemade breads were also highly appreciated, truly excellent. Impeccable service, top-quality cuisine, and meticulous customer service: we will definitely be back to explore other options on the menu.

Excellent culinary experience
My boyfriend and I dined last night at this historic 18th-century residence located in the historic center of Tricase and were pleasantly impressed. Mindful of our previous experiences, we decided to return to this welcoming and delightful place, confirming once again what were more than just excellent impressions.
The host, Antonio, welcomed us, looked after us, and served us with great availability and professionalism. The knowledge and skill of his staff, as well as his own, shines through in every dish, carefully crafted and beautifully served. We started with a sampling of various appetizers, which were very good... and then ordered two main courses, including a tagliata with crispy artichokes and parmesan shavings and a fillet with green peppercorns. What can I say... Delicious, both in presentation and excellent flavor.
Overall, the quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the friendliness is a hallmark here. There's no intrusiveness, just a lot of care and attention to the customer and a love for what they do. Keep up the good work!
Once again, we're satisfied and happy to say we'll be back again.

What can I say? On a cold, windy evening, we found the warmth of a unique restaurant, steeped in history, on a small street in Tricase. Antonio was wonderful. He welcomed us with a smile and open arms, and cooked for us as if we were his family. He explained in detail the preparation and provenance of each product. These were unique, traditional dishes from Lecce. Thank you, Antonio.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the owner, a very friendly and welcoming person, who escorted us to our table.
The location is very quaint and meticulously maintained. Shortly afterward, we sampled some of their freshly baked bread; the owner was kind enough to approach us and explain the various types of meat and their characteristics, suggesting the best option for our palates.
What can I say, impeccable service! The meat we chose was served while it was still sizzling; the owner then proceeded to portion it and plate it with great skill and professionalism.
It was incredibly fragrant, flavorful, and tender.
Our only regret was that we didn't have a second stomach to order another!

I went to dinner here with my family and we were really pleased. We started with excellent appetizers, meticulously presented and flavorful: fresh ingredients and thoughtful pairings. We were served several types of bread and focaccia, all homemade, paired with various oils—truly delicious. We continued with the first courses, and they were excellent too!
You can sense the attention to detail in the selection of ingredients and their preparation.
The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is friendly, and the owner, Antonio, is always available. A place I would gladly return to, highly recommended!
