A fantastic burger joint in Udine. The atmosphere is great, with a bit of a saloon vibe. You can enjoy a game of pool while waiting for your delicious burger. The music is also pleasant, but not too loud, so you can keep chatting with each other. Another great thing is the variety of beers they have. If you can't decide, you can enjoy a tasting of different beers. And what really matters is the burgers. They come in a variety of flavors, and oh my, what a treat! Baked perfectly, the buns are nice and fresh and cooked along with the burger, and the sauces you can choose from are also truly delicious. Highly recommended, a solid 10.

We've been wanting to try it for a while, and yesterday we finally did! We arrived when the place was empty, and it filled up in two minutes! Spectacular! A wide selection of burgers with various types of bun, sauces, and even meats like pork, fish, and beef. There's even a vegan burger!!! Truly excellent quality! I've never had such a good burger!!! Wide selection of beers, including Wild Raccoon and Ritual Lab. I recommend the Session IPA from the latter. The chocolate cake was spectacular! Attentive table service, and the waitress was very kind, because she's obviously not from Friuli! 🤣🤣🤣
Jokes aside, everyone was really good!
Unfortunately, I have to point out one negative. The beer isn't served straight from the bottle and isn't properly drafted. Certain types and quality beers should be served straight from the bottle for obvious reasons of carbon dioxide disposal, and a head of foam should be added to prevent oxidation! In fact, this completely changes the beer tasting experience! It's a shame because you're really talented and deserve the fifth star, which I'll definitely give you since you brew your beers with gravity!

Hands down, the best sandwich I've ever had. We've been coming here for four years and it's never disappointed. Both the fried foods and the burgers are excellent, and the ingredients are top-quality. The beers are also excellent. 100% recommended.

L'hamburger che ho gustato era semplicemente delizioso, con una carne succosa e condimenti freschi. Il pane era morbido e leggermente tostato, creando un perfetto equilibrio di sapori. La birra si abbinava magnificamente, rinfrescante e con un retrogusto piacevole. L'atmosfera del locale era accogliente e rilassante, ideale per una serata tra amici. Consiglio vivamente questa esperienza culinaria a Udine, un vero piacere per il palato.
