Scelta di panini giusta, non eccessiva. Ingredienti ricercati e di qualità a partire dal pane. Quantità di patatine giusta, non la solita montagna messa ad hoc e con il tocco della farina di riso per un risultato incredibile. Le birre....da provare tutte!Decisamente fuori dai percorsi più frequentati ma vale la pena scoprirlo e lasciare le "solite" mete alle masse!Bravi davvero!

Our favorite neighborhood brewery feels like home! They serve outstanding regional craft beers and the best burgers around. The cozy atmosphere and warm service make every visit a joy. A true local treasure!

I discovered it recently, but I can tell you with certainty that it is the best hamburger restaurant in Udine. Excellent selection of raw materials, not to mention the craft beers🔥 MUST TRY

Really nice place, quite informal. Good music, broadcast by quality devices. Excellent beers, usual Italian defect of the 400 ml. instead of the 1/2 liter of civilized countries (but it is a national problem, unfortunately). Ordinary prices, alas. The choice to offer locally produced beers is commendable and, I confirm, they are excellent. I'm only giving 4 stars for a fault that's not just theirs: I apologize, but I have to. In any case, I will definitely return here to try the food they offer.

Ottimi i panini, carne al sangue come richiesto, ma....ordinato 2 panini uguali serviti un quarto d'ora l'uno dall'altro...quindi 4 bolli per il cibo, 1 scarso per il servizio.

Small brewery in a small street in the city of Udine. It offers a nice variety of craft beers. You can also eat, sandwiches and more. I also saw a vegetarian sandwich on the menu. Young staff. There is also a billiards table inside. There is no seating outside.

Ordered for takeaway: it was a pleasant surprise, we had never eaten their burgers, really fabulous and super fries 👍 ...shame about the delivery: a little slow via Deliveroo 🤔 ...but absolutely recommended!

Without mincing words… BEST HAMBURGER IN UDINE. Let's start with the simple things, the chips were nothing short of perfect, super crunchy and tasty. I chose an off-menu burger and my girlfriend a cheeseburger. Few people ask for the hamburger to be cooked and even fewer respect the request, medium rare in this case. The meat is of high quality and can be felt, the condiments are enhanced on the palate but do not overpower the excellent meatball and it is not a given to find everything enclosed in perfectly toasted bread. I would recommend the excellent selection of beers. WELL WELL WELL KNOWN!!!
