Prospero if you start frequenting it, it will most likely turn into your second home. So it was. Cinzia is a perfect hostess, Marco already knows what you like and Guglielmo serves you with the kindness that belongs to him. Not to mention Ciccio's dishes. Dispassionately recommended.

We spent a splendid Sunday at the Enoteca Prospero, immersed in a unique atmosphere, where jazz music was the perfect setting for the evening. The amazing quartet provided a musical experience of the highest level, with saxophonist Alessandro Laura shining with talent and energy. The venue, a literary wine bar, offers an excellent selection of wines, well-prepared cocktails and attentive, friendly service. We accompanied the evening with some pinsa to share, tasty and well made. Live music, good food and a welcoming environment: what more could you ask for? We will definitely be back! 🎶🍷

05/06/2025: We took advantage of the "pizzeria" - "parking included" agreement, that is, parking in the upper area of ​​Monreale would have been free if we had eaten at this restaurant. The tables are outside, set with typical Sicilian dishes and a colorful pine cone for spices. For 18 euros they brought a fish menu consisting of tuna and swordfish tartare, I think, pasta with sardines and cuttlefish with potatoes. We had a good time.

30/05/2025: Sistemato dopo tanti anni interlocutori in uno stile classico ed elegante. Eppure il gelato rimane quello storicamente ottimo (brioche, coni o coppette che siano). Provato il cioccolato fondente all’arancia e la zuppa inglese…entrambi buonissimi. La panna come sempre fresca e’ un must!
18/05/2025: Bar and pastry shop that offers everything and more! Starting with breakfast, with a long selection of typical leavened or fried products, you move on to the snack (sweet or savory) and then arrive at the main meal (lunch or dinner). Impossible to then leave out the ice cream or dessert counters (superlative!). Highly recommended, even if to be honest the prices are slightly higher than others.
