The quality of the ham, as well as that of the food offered, is very high. You can feel the goodness of the raw materials and the wines are also very good.
Excellent value for money.
Despite the kindness of the staff, the service leaves a lot to be desired...
The place was not even half full and there was a mess with the orders. Two of us ate at 2 separate times, because they had forgotten to bring the plate of ham, while my pasta arrived quickly.
Next to us, another table in difficulty, with a lot of waiting and sold out dishes...
Well, a little more attention wouldn't hurt.

Very nice and recommendable place. In addition to the fact that they produce excellent San Daniele ham here, you can buy a lot of other things.
Bread, cheese, preserves, pickles, wines... basically everything you need for happiness:)
In front of the building there is a large parking lot, covered with white pebbles. Unfortunately, shoe marks (white) stay in the car later, if someone has velvet mats. But this is a minor detail.
Inside there is a lot of space and a lot of good things. You can taste both food and wine here. There is a special area for this.
To the right of the entrance there is a kind of shop, or more of a delicatessen. There are huge hams hanging, which you can buy. Of course, not only whole, although this is also possible.
In my opinion, San Daniele ham is the best in the world. I have already tried hams from other regions of Italy, as well as famous Spanish hams. They are all excellent, but the San Daniele simply melts in your mouth and has that hint of sweetness. Just a little bit, but it goes perfectly with that delicate ham.

Also perfect place for a stop along the way home from a family trip. In addition to tasting excellent cured meats, we took the opportunity to buy some local specialties. Advised!

An interesting place where the second most popular ham in Italy is made. Upstairs there is a museum where the history of ham making is explained in detail. Afterwards, we attended a ham tasting, where the 16-month aged ham was very delicious.

Very touristy and not very authentic place. In San Daniele there are much more authentic places where you can eat much better. I'm not saying the food is inedible or anything, it just doesn't have the quality for what you pay and I found the ham to be of NOT excellent quality.
The service is quite messy even if kind, while the environment reflects exactly the "tourist catcher" place, both in terms of size and how it is furnished/set up inside.
