Five stars if it were in the center of Milan but in the heart of Friuli they give me red wine on tap, soft bread and ham only a little better than the one in the supermarket... 3 stars is too much.

A large shop/outlet open continuously. Great choice, even refined. Excellent food quality. Welcoming and efficient service. Ideal for tasting prosciutto in many varieties, without going into town (it is slightly outside with ample space for parking) and without too many frills. Given its size I think it is quite accessible even without a reservation or with a last minute reservation.

One of the best proshutto in Italy. You can enjoy testing menu for their production and also taste traditional Fruili cheese.

The ham is mediocre, if I pay €125 per kilo, machine-sliced, I'd say I'd like to eat something more than what I buy at the supermarket counter.

A clear recommendation for all ham lovers. Parking is available for a quick drop-in. Service is attentive and professional. The ambiance seems a bit sterile, which suggests a somewhat ambiguous character of the place. A great alternative when our regular restaurant is closed.
