The lard was amazing, the prosciutto was delicious, the first course was also good, and the delicious typical Friulian dessert "Gubana" was served with grappa.
Excellent service, the girl who served you was a cut above the rest.

I was with friends on Saturday, September 6th.
Since the weather was perfect, it was lovely to have lunch outdoors. Some of us chose CJARSONS, a typical Friulian first course. I'd say they were fabulous, a perfect recipe, truly a delight for the palate. Try them!!!
Then we continued with the extraordinary prosciutto crudo, which NEVER disappoints.

Slovenian prosciutto is soft...but it really melts there and you can eat it without dentures, I promise🤩🤸♀️👍

Eating €100 per kg of prosciutto, which is incredibly fresh despite being aged for 24 months, is almost ridiculous. Bread and breadsticks should be the best you'll find in a bakery for tasting prosciutto, but instead they serve a chalky product that ruins the taste. This new management is a shame. But gentlemen, how long can you afford to keep these Monte Carlo Casino prices? Google's price per person is stupid. To pay €20-30, I had to order a plate of prosciutto and a bottle of water for three people. If someone were to have lunch or dinner—appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert, as per Italian tradition—€50 wouldn't be enough. We've always had the prosciutto platter, which, needless to say, is wonderful. Yesterday we tried the tagliolini with cream, poppy seeds, and prosciutto, and the parmesan tortellini with crispy prosciutto. Fresh, excellent, and high-quality products.

An excellent dinner experience at this restaurant in San Daniele del Friuli. The restaurant is informal yet well-maintained, clean, and welcoming. Service is fairly quick, and the staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The menu is quite varied and features traditional local dishes, with the unmissable star: San Daniele prosciutto. The menu selection is quite varied, and the dishes are excellent and plentiful. Parking is available in front of the restaurant. Highly recommended.

A unique place with its own unique style. The food is top-notch. The selection is huge, from starters to main courses, and even desserts. A little noisy inside, but that's normal because it's very large and always crowded. The only thing that wasn't great was the pasta with trout; the rest was super good. We'll definitely be back many more times. There's also a nice terrace outside, but in the heat, it's better to stay inside because there's air conditioning. Although it wasn't super cool, it was still better than outside. I highly recommend it!
