Da anni volevi riassaporare il “Frico”, tipico piatto friulano a base di formaggio Asiago cipolle e patate, qui finalmente ci sono riuscito con grande piacere. Ma non è solo Friuli ma anche tante altre prelibatezza da un in tutta l’Italia e soprattutto il Piemonte.

New pleasant discovery in Alessandria. For me, a wonderland as a lover of cold cuts and cheeses. Good dishes, varied menu, fair prices. Better to book as there aren't many places. Quick and courteous service. I'll be back!

21/12/2024: Located on a hill but not too much, convenient to get there, butcher and dairy with sales to the public directly on site, wonderful dinner and excellent food prepared by them
