Really crazy good business from 2 brothers who make you a delicious fresh sandwich. And of course you should drink a glass of wine with this at 11 o'clock. Authentic Italian gem, absolutely great, it really couldn't be better.

Beautiful place, delicious food, amazing service, what more could you want? If you happen to be in the area and need a good, authentic Tuscan sandwich definitely stop by. The prices are incredible value for money and supporting a smaller business like this one is always better than pouring money into the predatory tourism industry that has taken over the centre of Florence. I will be coming back and I will be spending more money here in the future.

Circo-lo Teatro del Sale

25/05/2025: Beautiful location and central position. This theater-restaurant is very suggestive; you can watch a show and dine at the same time. Open kitchen. The food was good considering that there were many of us. I discovered it during a private event. The staff was very kind and available for any information or solution. I will definitely return.
15/04/2025: A unique experience in Florence. The format might not appeal to everyone, but it's worth trying at least once! The restaurant operates as a buffet and wine is paid separately. The cuisine is very tasty, but you will have to stand in line and bring the dishes and wine to the table yourself. After dinner the concert/show begins.

09/02/2025: Birthday dinner, we ate pizza and first course, all good, menu full of choice. It's a shame about the long wait to eat, it's true it was Saturday, the place was full, but an hour for a plate of pasta for a child seems excessive to me. However friendly and helpful service, hospitable environment. I would definitely go back to try the fish dishes. More than acceptable expense
