This evening we stopped by Profumo di Pane looking for a quick bite to eat before catching our flight. Even though the place was packed, the staff greeted us very kindly and served us quickly, given our early departure. The food was excellent! Highly recommended, and thanks again to the waitress for treating us so well!

A small deli with a wide selection, several traditional dishes, and very competitive prices! The mixed appetizer platter costs €15 and is generous for two, with plenty of appetizers. The orecchiette with turnip tops and the puccia leccese are also very good. A great find right in the city center!

Visitando Lecce siamo capitati qui. Affamati. La signora ci ha ottimamente consigliato. Piccina con speck burrata e pomodorini secchi per me, cavatelli di mare e polpo in pignatta per mio marito. Tutto buonissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo

10/07/2025: The location is beautiful, quaint, in the historic center of Lecce... It's a shame the food wasn't up to par... I don't think we'd recommend it.
09/07/2025: On the recommendation of our host, we went to this restaurant, and it was spot on, as we had a wonderful time! The meal was very good, and we were well guided in our choice! We received a very warm welcome. We enjoyed chatting with the staff, especially in French! And sharing this moment together! Thank you again! We highly recommend it.

29/05/2025: A place open even at night where you can find hot croissants at any time. If you are looking for a croissant with a nice puff pastry this is not the place for you, but if you want something exaggerated, maybe at four in the morning, this is definitely the place for you.
21/05/2025: Too good croissants, the best for me, warm and delicious cream, excellent prices, place needs a bit of modernization, I recommend it
