A delicious dinner at Profumi di Cous Cous in San Vito Lo Capo, an elegant and refined restaurant where the Mediterranean atmosphere permeates every detail. The staff is friendly and attentive, the service is quick yet discreet, and the outdoor garden offers a truly evocative setting. We chose two signature dishes: the Rais couscous, rich and fragrant, with an intense broth and the freshest fish, and the Pantesca couscous, more aromatic and bold in flavor. Both are impeccable in balance and presentation. The desserts are also excellent, carefully crafted and delicious, the perfect end to a truly successful dinner. An experience that combines tradition and sophistication, highly recommended for anyone who wants to savor the true spirit of San Vito Lo Capo. Truly excellent!

The service is good, attentive and courteous. The menu is good, though a bit too traditional. The wine list is extensive.

Even though I'm not a huge fan of couscous, these dishes blew me away. Delicious, we'll definitely be back for more during our stay. The service was top-notch.

Beautiful restaurant for its location, very attentive and kind waiters! We had two Sicilian couscous dishes; my wife had the vegetarian one, while I had a second course called "del capo" (the head couscous), which, in addition to the two types of couscous, also included fried calamari and shrimp, delicious and plentiful! Huge applause to the owners for how they manage the restaurant! I will definitely be back with friends!

While in San Vito Lo Capo, we had a wonderful lunch at Michelin-starred restaurant, Profumi di Cous Cous. Because of the proximity to North Africa, the cuisine, as well as the architecture in this part of Sicily is heavily influenced by Tunisia. The restaurant had an extensive variety of couscous to chose from. I had the tuna with citrus pesto and almonds and eggplant. My friends had the swordfish. We also had a great bottle of Donnafugata white wine, one of my favorite vintners from the Trapani region. We ate in the beautiful gardens that have olive trees growing right throughout the dining area.

There is a lot of staff, a bit annoying when there are so many people there

We were with friends and had the honor of meeting the owner, Mr. Vito, who is super friendly, as are his staff. For starters, we were offered a fantastic mix of fish and shellfish, followed by dishes of our choice! Exceptional amberjack, delicious fish soup, and couscous that lived up to the place's name. For dessert, the puff pastry with lemon cream was delicious. The wine list is also very good. Well done everyone!

A restaurant with a beautiful internal garden. They offer various types of couscous. We chose the duo, so you can try two different types in the same dish for €25. We'll definitely be back.
