I happened to have lunch in this wonderful pasta factory where friendly and welcoming people work. The owner is very nice! There is no need to say that the pasta is prepared with care and dedication and is delicious. I tasted the special Friulian version with ricotta, walnuts and honey! I really hope to find it for sale later 🤩

Excellent gastronomy, even for eating at the outside tables!

Today, during the fair, despite the rain, we ate lunch under the terrace of the Prophet pasta factory. We had a great time with delicious starters and first courses, generous slice of dessert. We will definitely be back.
