Profeta Pastificio - Gastronomia In Carmagnola

Yesterday I was in Carmagnola to run some business and we decided to grab a quick bite at this pasta shop I'd discovered months ago, before heading back to Liguria, where we live. We enjoyed the classic plin. They were delicious, perfect portions, and the owner was very kind. Before leaving, I bought a supply of stuffed pasta. Next time we go, we know where to stop.

Excellent food, friendly service, welcoming and smiling staff. I discovered it by chance, and it's now become a regular stop every time I pass through Carmagnola. I recommend the meatballs in tomato sauce (the best I've ever tasted), and I'm embarrassed to know which one to recommend first, because they're all better than the last! Don't miss the Amaro Carmagnolese liqueur; you won't be disappointed!

We stumbled upon this little pasta shop by chance. The Piedmontese appetizer and pasta were excellent, all of their own production, all consumed on the spot in their outdoor area. Friendly and attentive service. Takeaway available. Reasonable prices, highly recommended.

A delicious lunch: impeccable food, excellent service idea and very kind owners. I especially liked the clear and complete menu, with lots of appetizers, first courses and desserts. I hope to return one day, in the meantime I recommend everyone to try it!!!! Congratulations again to the managers
