"Typical products from Campania" is not the usual restaurant, it's like eating with friends in a family and friendly atmosphere. Few tables, good music and chat with Mr. Leonardo who dedicates truly exquisite attention to customers! But, crucially, it is a treat for the palate! We ate divinely and both the mastery of the preparation and the quality of the raw materials were truly evident in every dish! Delicious aubergine parmigiana and the first courses... I can't find any adjectives: you have to eat them! It will be my point of reference every time I come to Naples!

A magical place. Leonardo is a man of the sea, a revolutionary and a lover of humanity. And all this is found in his room, cozy and dedicated to a few guests at a time. Forget noisy tables, here is a place where it is easy to open up to intimate and profound conversations, those which, by eating and drinking well, succeed even better. Excellent cellar, excellent very Neapolitan culinary combinations all accompanied by the ability of those who manage everything to make you feel at ease: Unmissable!

Locale accogliente, il tipico locale dei film dove andarsi a riparare, degustando del buon vino e prodotti trattati in modo genuino portati alla loro massima potenzialità. Il padrone di casa ti fa sentire a tuo agio senza essere invadente ma consigliandoti il meglio della cucina, che segue la stagionalità dei prodotti freschi in accoppiata con prodotti davvero superiori. Ricette della tradizione napoletana con tocchi di modernità e un occhio alla moda del gusto odierno, insomma davvero un locale intimo ma che ti apre il cuore e lo stomaco

16/05/2025: Average food for Italy. Not worth stopping at, and they say you never have a bad meal in Italy. Well it wasn't bad, but also nothing special. I would suggest eating somewhere else.
14/05/2025: this is a must go to when you arrive to Napoli if you are a fan of seafood. ohh my God what an amazing family business.

Ristorante Il Covo Di Leo

13/05/2025: We had dinner with friends at this restaurant. The appetizers, although small in size, were very good and well presented. The meat was average. However, the experience was partly compromised by the service: the waiters, although professional, were excessively quick to collect the dishes, giving the impression of wanting to rush the dinner. This made it difficult to relax and fully enjoy the evening.
10/05/2025: On the advice of a friend, we reached Leo's COVO on a hill from which we could see Ventotene in the distance. Convenient parking, we were welcomed with great kindness. Really excellent appetizers. I recommend pork rind roll and flamed bombette, the tartare and the carpaccio really quality. Bypassed the first courses we enjoyed some excellent meat, well cooked and tasty. Definitely adequate quality-price ratio.
