While passing through Bologna we needed to have a quick lunch, after 2pm; and not with the usual sandwich. Having come to Principe Lievito e cucina we were amazed by the choice of dishes, simple but carefully prepared and generous in portions, and by the kindness of the staff, attentive, fast and thoughtful. It's no coincidence that we returned two days in a row! Well done!

What else can we add about Principe, a place that successfully navigated even these very complicated years, without batting an eyelid, proving to be a point of reference. Always appreciated by his large audience. Informal and welcoming, smart but also analogue. Snacks, breakfasts, happy hours, brunches, between meals, the Principe is always ready.

01/04/2025: As they once were, they are truly strong! I tried both their biscuits and their plum cakes! Soft like freshly baked! Made like it used to be! They also have really nice and reusable packaging like container boxes ;)
