We were simply thrilled with everything! Beautiful location, impeccable organization and service, excellent food. Thank you so much for making our event unique and unforgettable! We celebrated our son's confirmation here, and Danilo was amazing in organizing everything perfectly.

Nice, welcoming place. Staff attentive to customer needs. It's not my first time here. I highly recommend the beetroot capellacci and the fillet steak. Excellent drinks (ginger americano), recommended with the fillet steak.

I took my girlfriend out for a romantic dinner and we had a wonderful time. The atmosphere is very elegant and refined, and the staff is kind, competent, and efficient. The dishes? Very good and flavorful. We ordered a tuna and Argentine shrimp tartare for an appetizer. For the main course, two tagliolini. And for dessert? A divine tenerina cake! I'll definitely be back.

Disclaimer: Pizzaiolo Pentito always leaves 5 stars because he respects the work and sacrifice of every restaurant worker and does not intend to denigrate the work of others. Actual dinner rating: 1 star. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in many ways, despite the very charming location: the restaurant is located in an elegant historic building in the heart of Imola. Organization and service: We arrived at 9:00 PM. There were about twenty diners in the restaurant. The first appetizer—a tuna tartare (offered to replace the unavailable salmon tartare)—arrived after a full 50 minutes of waiting. During this time, we weren't even served bread, which was then brought only upon request... in the form of a half-empty basket evidently salvaged from another table. After finishing the appetizer, we sat with our empty plates for 15 minutes before they were cleared away, but we were left with the cutlery used to consume the next courses. Dishes: The tartare was accompanied by burrata served straight from the refrigerator, which was cold and not very creamy: a lack of attention that, considering the wait, one would have expected to have been avoided by at least letting it acclimatize. The second course—a "hamburger"—was probably the worst I've ever encountered: cold and flaky supermarket bread, two lettuce leaves, and a bit of the same tartare used as an appetizer. No sauce, no accompaniment, no attention to presentation. Along with the burger, tagliolini with peppers and shrimp were served: unfortunately, they were already cold when they arrived at the table, and the pasta was overcooked and of questionable quality. Management and Staff Reaction: To be fair, it must be said that the manager, realizing the situation, decided not to charge for the burger. However, the excuses given—related to the alleged inexperience of the staff—are insufficient to explain the overall poor quality of the dishes, which appears more like a structural problem with the kitchen and organization. Conclusion and recommendation: The restaurant certainly has potential, especially thanks to its beautiful location, but unfortunately, it's currently underserved. My sincere advice: start with the basics. A few well-made dishes, attention to detail, and greater care in kitchen management can really make the difference.

Best Burger we have eaten in our life!Very nice ambiente, we got there without a reservation, but the staff was very nice and let us sit down to have the angus Burger (despite our Italian being close to nonexistent, the staff showed patience and was very welcoming) Will definitely be back

30/07/2025: I've been stopping by for three days before going to Maggiore Hospital for a quick lunch. The owner and her colleague are truly kind, smiling, and very professional. They make you feel at home. They have delicious sandwiches and various snacks. Well done, ladies, keep it up. It's truly a pleasure coming to you.
23/07/2025: I had a macchiato with love, served by Tonia. She was incredibly friendly and excellent, even at 8 in the morning. Highly recommended!

03/10/2025: Plum and prickly pear are the latest flavors I've tried: exquisite and a perfect pairing. The Alessio cup (fruit and ice cream) is an absolutely satisfying lunch/dinner. Extra dark chocolate remains my favorite, and Inferno is pure bliss. I've taken several friends to Federico's...and they've all been enthusiastic and returned again.
