FIRST AND LAST STAR! LOCATION AND SERVICE Jokingly, I tried this place a couple of days ago for lunch. Definitely avoid it on holidays, as the service can't cover the entire room (3 waiters for over 35 tables + 1 waitress just for drinks). The result? We waited an hour and a half for less than twenty dishes on a Sunday. The quality of the food is excellent, but the location needs attention, especially hygiene-wise, so it doesn't feel like it's under constant surveillance. The option of eating with a tablet at the table is convenient, though you have to be seated nearby to see the menu. There are also the usual QR codes for Wi-Fi and menus that can be conveniently viewed on your smartphone. All in all, a good experience, but I wasn't entirely satisfied, as I'm used to much faster service standards that ensure dishes arrive much faster. MARKETING POLICY It turns out this is the first sushi place I've ever been to where they don't charge for a fortune cookie; if you want one, you have to shell out €0.30. Of course, corporate decisions (like hiring too few staff compared to the actual size of the place) are the answer. What the heck does it mean that if you leave a positive review and prove it at the counter, you get a free fortune cookie? I mean, customers don't go there to eat, but if you write a few lines on Google, they'll give you one. Well, it really reeks of shady marketing, but that's okay. All in all, if it hadn't been for the confusion, the place is worth a try; not bad at all. MENU The menu isn't particularly extensive, but it does offer a few unique features, such as sandwiches with pork and other meats, both open and closed, and burritos (whole rolls, about 8cm long, not sliced ​​into wedges). The only downside to the menu: you can only order any dish with "fish" on it once (and there aren't many of them). Perhaps these standards would have been a hit a few years ago, but with today's competition... I see it as tough. PARKING The best convenience of all the places I've tried. Excellent parking options in front of the restaurant, right in the dedicated parking lot, or at the nearby Eurospin, across the street, which also has a huge parking lot. Some of the condiments (like mango and avocado) are really poor, and it takes a long time to receive the food. Other than that, everything is fine.

Returning after several years: I found a clear improvement in the quality of the raw materials. I would only suggest increasing the amount of sashimi you can order at lunch: once, 4 small pieces of salmon, is too little considering that the base on a weekday is €17.90 + €2 for the cover charge + the cost of the drink and that the courses you can order are limited (I think 6 per person since they told us 12m for 2) and then you have to wait for the food to start to order them, but if you eat, you don't look at the tablet when the wait is exhausting and when your stomach closes, unable to fully appreciate your cuisine, forgoing hot dishes because you feel full, but not satisfied!

Everything was delicious and the rotating plate in the centre made eating easier.

We ordered a few dishes with the note "minus this ingredient" and they brought them without our requests. There was a wide selection of dishes, but we've had much better elsewhere. I don't think I'd go back.

I ordered two portions of beef ramen to go. What can I say? They were delicious and well-sealed. I also appreciated the owner's kindness; I highly recommend them.
