I stop for the first time at this curious pizzeria, in front of whose original sign — 'Prima la Materia' — I have passed countless times, always limiting myself to reading it. I taste a slice of white pizza with cherry tomatoes, prepared with a dough based on semi-wholemeal flour and spelt, selected from a small and refined producer in Lazio. The result? A piece of culinary craftsmanship: tasty, light, perfectly balanced. I will definitely return. And yes, I recommend it without hesitation.
