I stop for the first time at this curious pizzeria, in front of whose original sign — 'Prima la Materia' — I have passed countless times, always limiting myself to reading it. I taste a slice of white pizza with cherry tomatoes, prepared with a dough based on semi-wholemeal flour and spelt, selected from a small and refined producer in Lazio. The result? A piece of culinary craftsmanship: tasty, light, perfectly balanced.
I will definitely return. And yes, I recommend it without hesitation.

Finally a wide choice of vegan sliced pizza! The guys are very good, they often experiment with new flavor combinations with fresh seasonal products. I recommend it :)

My first meal in Rome after a long flight. Decided to check the place out as it was near my hotel and had good reviews - not disappointed. Flavours are different, creative, and fresh. The lady who served me was the nicest. Fair price as well. Recommended.

Trovata per caso ma pizza veramente ottima. Ho assaggiato quella con farina di ceci, con provola e zucca, porri limone e olive , verdure. Ingredienti e impasto di qualità.
