A cozy and charming restaurant with fair prices. The spaghetti with sardines was very good, but the calamari/cuttlefish was a bit bland with the hospital-style boiled potatoes. Impeccable service.

29/08/2025: Authentic / Pure / Italian / Hidden Gem Great food, moderate prices. Water provided at the table. Delicious dishes... The elderly owner personally attends to the guests; a true veteran of the restaurant business. Fish, pasta, pizzas... Thank you so much. 7 minutes from Hotel Airone Super delicious tiramisu 💕
20/08/2025: We had a wonderful evening at Pizzeria 2001. We enjoyed a seafood platter as a starter, the fish of the day baked in the oven, a mixed salad, and a delicious cake for dessert. We also had a good house white wine and beer. The restaurant's ambiance is rather rustic; you sit outside on plastic chairs, which actually makes it feel more like home and authentic Italy. If it weren't our last evening here on Elba, we would come back immediately! Thank you, it was wonderful! One small note: they didn't have pizza when we visited. The owner, Franco, informed us of this at the beginning, but we wanted to have fish anyway.

28/09/2025: Excellent hospitality and service, a magnificent, culturally picturesque location. Fresh food, freshly prepared with professionalism and the majestic creativity of Chef Omar and the pastry chef for his desserts, masterfully craft stellar delicacies. The pictures speak for themselves.
