How can I put it? It's just perfectly typical. The plate of charcuterie and cheese is succulent. We enjoyed it and will be back before the end of our trip.

I had the tartare with pecorino, artichokes antipasti and a glass of the house chianti. Service was also very friendly and warm. The place provides a great overall atmosphere that invites you to return several times.

Let's go! If you're looking for a place where there's no fuss, this is it. Here you can feel the true passion for the raw ingredients, the kind that doesn't need too many words to make itself understood. The cured meats and cheeses are the kind that tell a story, and the traditional dishes make you feel right at home, no frills. The atmosphere is like an old-fashioned osteria, perhaps a little cramped, but full of life, where you eat well and enjoy company. The owners are down-to-earth, genuine people who know how to make you feel welcome without too much fuss. For me, when you eat this well and breathe such an honest atmosphere, there's little more to say. A real place, worth returning to.

Simple but delicious local food. Always had the porchetta with potatoes when we were here. One surprise is the Tonnata dei Chianti. Tonnato is Italian for Tuna. I will not ruin the surprise. Great place for lunch or a light dinner.

Ecco: questo è il posto che chiunque ami la cucina schietta Toscana deve provare.
Che uno voglia un tagliere, due acciughe , un primo o perché no… un panino col Lampredotto… che figata…
Un ambiente rilassato, un servizio attento e col sorriso. Non vedo p’ora di tornarci!
