We enjoyed a few pastries and great coffee at a table outside. The pistachio filled croissant was very decadent!

Fantastic bar in the heart of the cathedral square. Fair prices considering the location, excellent food from sweet to savory. Fast and kind service. Perfect for spending a relaxing moment in the heart of Catania.

A nice cafe in a popular tourist spot. Despite this, the guests inside were mostly local. Friendly service, food very ok.

Excellent bar in Piazza Duomo, had the pistachio croissant, very good cream and the butter puff pastry was also good, the coffee a little less burnt, the staff at the counter were kind but the dining room staff (service at the central counter table) a little 'rude and impolite.

Very good different kinds of cookies. Service Very nice. Be careful, after eating baba with cream and cornetto con formo, I almost didn't eat it, so too many sweets are not healthy :-p The place I highly recommend

Elegante bar ristorante al centro di Catania, nei pressi della piazza del Duomo.
Tavoli all'aperto anche a fine dicembre stante l'ottimo clima e la tempeartura mite.
Sempre molto affollato , prezzi non proprio economici ma cibo gustoso

a place to avoid, although the pastries are good (but not particularly special), the service is terrible. It's hard to communicate in English, it's hard to communicate in any language, because when the staff sees that you're not Italian, they don't care about you. because it's on the main square, it's always chaos, lots of people, everyone is milling around, it's hard to order something, it's hard to get through (and we were there in November). it is also worth mentioning that even baked goods that "should" be savory are sweet, so they will not suit everyone.

Istituzione catanese quanto a dolciumi tipici siciliani di ogni genere, granite, arancini, cartocciate e ogni tipo di golosità vi possa venire in mente! Location bellissima proprio davanti al duomo con tavolini all'aperto oppure all'interno con arredamenti eleganti e particolari. Personale professionale e cortese, menzione speciale per la simpaticissima cassiera! Preparano anche speciali confezioni da viaggio che resistono fino a 9 ore o spediscono in tutta Italia e pure all'estero.
