Struck by the red "Gambero Rosso" sign outside, we stop for a few slices of pizza, a "catch-all" for Concertozzo 2025. Excellent ingredients, excellent leavening, just the right amount of crunch, and very digestible. The service is also good. If these are the results, keep up the research and innovation!

I'd been eyeing these true works of art for a while. As a regular at high-end pizzerias throughout Northern Italy, I had pretty high expectations... and they were far exceeded. I chose a pizza with a contemporary dough: simply amazing. The dough was incredibly light, thick, well-aired, and easy to digest. The topping ingredients? The highest quality, carefully selected and perfectly presented. At the end of the meal, I also tried a zuppa inglese: delicious, made to perfection, a dessert that leaves a lasting impression. The place is small, charming, and intimate, perfect for enjoying a quiet dinner. The location is truly stunning, just steps from the Ponte degli Alpini, a charming spot that makes the experience even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back to try the other doughs... because pizza here is a true experience. The staff is friendly, and the prices are absolutely in line with the quality served.

Bella accoglienza, una sorridente signora ci ha spiegato gli ingredienti delle pizze quelle a quadrotti, queste porzioni si possono anzi si devono mangiare in scomode sedute esterne, mentre la pizza rotonda, si può mangiare all'interno, la pizza non mi è piaciuta, poco condita e troppo abrustolita, comunque ci può stare per un posto di passaggio, prezzi non popolari.

Di passaggio a Bassano alla sera abbiamo parcheggiato fuori la ZTL e ci siamo recati a piedi in centro presso questa pizzeria situata all'inizio del ponte degli alpini sul Brenta. Location con bellissima vista sul ponte e case affacciate sul fiume, arredamento datato ma piacevole, spazi un po' ristretti, ma in centro storico ci sta. All'entrata in esposizione vari tipi di pizza al taglio che dimostrano l'artigianalità e la specializzazione dei prodotti. Abbiamo ordinato una pizza burrata e crudo, una pizza con acciughe di Sciacca, una torta sbrisolona con caffè, un macafame con liquore all'uovo, una birra bionda e un vino bollicine. Tutto molto buono, prodotti scelti, impasti e cottura ottimi. Ottima l'offerta di pizze per stili, impasti e gusti. Servizio corretto, gentile e preciso. Prezzi un po' alti, ma giustificati dalla qualità e dalla posizione del locale. Da consigliare se siete a Bassano per mangiare un'ottima pizza gourmet. Meglio prenotare.
