We had lunch in this place, a welcoming and clean environment, very helpful and polite staff, they served us their homemade bread, delicious. The kitchen is open, very clean, we tried the Asian menu and ordered a delicious ramen, it was delicious, well done. Very recommended.

We came here for the ramen because we are tired of Sicilian food and wanted some variety. I am a Ramen lover. I will eat Ramen whenever I get the chance. I tried their Tonkatsu Ramen. Well, this is not the Tonkatsu I usually get with the thick broth that actually gives me a heartburn after. It is light and just right to my liking. One thing is the noodle can be a bit more al dente. But for a Ramen made by Sicilians, it was very impressive! My husband wanted the vegan Ramen, but they don't have that anymore. (Guess it wasn't popular in a country where meat was the essential food) So he ordered nouveau Scilian dish with purée Cauliflower, squash and 2 buffala balls in it. It was very creative and interesting. BUT! The best thing is their bread which is to die for! It tastes like a chewy sourdough. Best bread I had in Sicily! Too bad they made the bread themselves and I can't buy it elsewhere! This is truly a great find. You can tell they create the food not just making it. You have to view it as if you are eating their version of a traditional food. What a refreshing break from traditional Sicilian food!

Quality food and lots of courtesy

This little gem in the heart of Palermo in via Garibaldi offers moments of pure "warmth" Particular cuisine, few covers and few dishes precisely because the focus is on quality, in fact we appreciated the cuisine a lot, especially ramen and stew. Friendly and well-prepared staff, the only flaw (if you can call it that) was long waiting times, in the end we break the issue in favor, because it takes time to prepare such exquisite dishes and also because it was Saturday. The environment is also tastefully furnished in line with the basic idea and therefore the concept. Positive experience, I will definitely come back with other friends, because it's really worth it!

Locale carino e curato, personale fantastico, cibo originale e buonissimo. Provate il Ramen. Fiore all’occhiello la cotoletta gigante. È imperdibile il tiramisù. Prezzi onestissimi
