On Saturday evening, I returned to this restaurant, where I'd been several times in the past, and where I'd even brought friends, because I'd always enjoyed it. I hadn't been back for about a year, but unfortunately, this time the experience wasn't as positive as the previous ones. We ordered a €13 appetizer, steamed buns: there were only three of them, very small, and for two people, frankly, a bit disappointing, especially considering the price. For the main course, I ordered Pho soup, which unfortunately arrived lukewarm, almost cold, and I wasn't convinced by the taste, although it may simply have been out of my taste. What struck me most, however, was the service: we waited about an hour for the food to arrive, and there were only two people in the dining room, a woman and a man who seemed to be on probation. Throughout the evening, I noticed a rather tense atmosphere, especially given the way the woman addressed her colleague and the customers. In fact, a foreign customer complained about her dish, and immediately after leaving the restaurant, the waitress began making loud comments about the incident in a truly unprofessional manner. I hadn't intended to leave a review, but after this experience, I became curious and read the negative comments on Google: I noticed that management's responses to dissatisfied customers are often very aggressive, which unfortunately confirms the impression I had of a certain difficulty accepting criticism. I'm sorry to write such a review, because I've had good experiences there in the past, but honestly, this time I was disappointed and I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

I ate late (10 pm), almost closing time, but the service was still very welcoming and friendly, discreet. We had excellent pho and good ramen (tahini). The homemade noodles were perfect 🤩

The food is delicious!! You really have to try the sardines and the pasta is amazing the service is good the waitress was super kind and they speak in English :) I will come back

We went there for brunch. Very friendly staff, delicious food for reasonable prices. Definitely recommend it!

One of the best discoveries I've made in Palermo. It's definitely one of the best places to try in Palermo. The crunchy sarda was delicious, and the pairing with the caper mayonnaise was incredible. Not to mention the crostini with salmon and eggs Benedict, one of the best I've ever had. If you want to try something more unusual, indulge in their international dishes.

The atmosphere and food are delicious, not to mention the owners. We feel at home every time and can't wait to return. Everything is homemade, including the bread. Definitely recommended.

We went during lunch time looking for a quiet place to grab a bite. The selection of food on the menue was very limited, certainly on Asian food or ramen. We had a fluffy omelette that was interesting but nothing special. It's preparation took quite a while, despite the fact that there were only a few guests.

Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, cibo un po’ particolare ed inspirato alla cucina asiatica. Personale molto serio ma cordiale. Piacevole sorpresa e lo consiglierei.
