Cute little place with okay food and coffee. One sandwich was not good (vegetarian with eggplant and artichokes) but the rest was okay! It’s an okay spot for a quick bite.

After a failed breakfast at the campsite, we discovered this great hotspot! What a choice but more importantly...the quality is great! Go for the croissants filled with cream and strawberries! Our time in Pisa is over, but these people deserve all the praise!

You can find whatever you want to eat. Very delicious Paninos and different types of desserts. Staff are very friendly, location is near to Pisa. The prices are normal, not expensive.

Une petite salle en intérieur et quelques tables en terrasse. Snack, glaces et café. C'est bon, prix raisonnables, service souriant et rapide. Un bon endroit pour un arrêt rapide avant ou après la visite du site de Pisé.

14/01/2025: Warm and welcoming place and good food. The waiters were kind and polite.
17/12/2024: I've been here twice, and I feel I can give 3 stars by taking an average. The first time went well, excellent value for money and impeccable service, so much so that I decided to bring my family a second time. Well the second (and certainly last) is all rather embarrassing. Very slow and inattentive service. The dishes were not even distant relatives to the first time, everything was bland, the cooking was completely wrong (despite the wait), except for the fries which were delicious (and that says a lot), no happy notes. Here I have to say, has something changed in the kitchen? Or maybe it's better to come when there are few tables? Disappointment. In any case, the bill would be honest with decent dishes.

02/01/2025: Four of us had the pleasure of dining at Antico Ristoro Le Colombaie on a Thursday evening, and it was an experience to remember. While our lack of Italian presented a slight language barrier, the staff was incredibly accommodating, making sure we could navigate the menu and enjoy the meal fully. We began with the flan and artichoke appetizers, both of which were beautifully presented and delicious. For mains, we savored the carbonara and boar ragu pastas, as well as the boar shank and beef filet. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing the flavors of the region with finesse. Dessert was a triumph as well, and our waitress impressed us with her patience and knowledge, guiding us through the options. The house red wine was a perfect complement to the meal, rich and full-bodied without being overpowering. The warm atmosphere and attentive service made this a standout dining experience. Antico Ristoro Le Colombaie is a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic Italian cuisine with a touch of elegance. Highly recommended!
01/12/2024: We went to a nice place for dinner, very friendly staff. We had two first courses and a half second course plus dessert. Really great price for the quality of the food I highly recommend trying this place
