Large parking lot, partly underground. Conad is the go-to, with medium-high prices and limited selection. Away from the city center traffic, easily accessible. Overall, room for improvement. Additional shops and restaurants are worth visiting.

Al centro di tutta la valpescara .... Ci sono molti servizi. .. puoi andare al cinema e poi cenare prendere un buon gelato.... Fare shopping o semplicemente la spesa settimanale tutto comodamente coperti ma come se foste all'aperto e con comodo parcheggio... Non si può volere davvero di più !

A lovely shopping center where you can stroll outdoors. Many lively, visually pleasing shops. There's a bookstore, cinema, clothing/shoe stores, and restaurants. The Conad store inside is a good option.

A popular place to visit in the summer. The liveliness of the town center is missing, becoming dark and unwelcoming in the evenings. The area around the restaurants is neglected, making it hard to even take a stroll to look at the shop windows, even if they're closed.

Shopping center with various shops and supermarket, where there are also bars and restaurants to enjoy food from pizza to pasta, meat and sushi, and also be able to try excellent aperitifs in the two bars present, an environment where you can also find games and baby clubs for children, I recommend visiting top

It looks like a small village but it is a very satisfying shopping center because it offers (groups) all the services, the avenues are very clean, decorated with well-kept plants, there is a constant security service, large parking, clean and it offers events that attract many people. Suitable for everyone
