Large shopping area with a multi-cinema and supermarket, post office, bars, restaurants, pizzeria, restrooms, and outdoor and basement parking. Easily accessible from the Pescara ring road, hospital exit, and direction Spoltore (2 minutes). Recommended.

An extraordinary cinema, a lovely bookstore, excellent restaurants, an ice cream shop, a pizzeria, a yogurt shop, a hairdresser, clothing and shoe shops, a tobacconist, and children's games. Many events are organized by the management. Last but not least, a large Conad supermarket.

There's a bit of everything and in the winter, since it's covered, you can take a walk even if it's raining.

The L'Arca shopping center in Spoltore opened about twenty years ago, aiming to be a popular meeting place near the city of Pescara for movie-going and general shopping. Arriving there, however, the lack of parking is evident, especially on weekends, and the lackluster quality of the mall's retail outlets. The programming, spread out over the entire week, is decent, despite the difficulties encountered in combining screenings with discounted tickets.

Nice "mini" open-air shopping centre, excellent shops inside, children's games, cinema, pub, bar etc etc, in short, nothing is missing.

A fairly busy shopping center. There's a very nice cinema and shops for a bit of shopping.

Shopping center with clothing, shoe, bag, ice cream, bar, gym. Too bad it's outdoors.

I like it. The only flaw is the complete lack of weatherproofing.
