Portonovo Beach In Ancona

Beautiful beach equipped with ample parking.

Very pretty. I recommend wearing rock shoes because it's all pebbles. Get there early, otherwise you won't find a parking spot.

Both free and paid beaches, the main problem is parking, if you arrive late you end up in private spaces that cost up to 15 euros a day, but it's worth it

Well-served by parking, many equipped beaches, penalized and always crowded the free beaches.

People linger in a blissful calm...savoring the last golden moments of a warm and tender sunset before the vibrant energy of the evening arrives....along the waterfront charming beachside restaurants glow softly in the fading light....offering simple yet irresistible Mediterranean delights....the air is filled with the alluring scents of grilled seafood, fresh herbs, olive oil, and warm bread, drifting lazily on the sea breeze as the horizon blushes with shades of gold, rose, and lavender. A perfect moment suspended between serenity and celebration.

Beautiful beach. It's a shame there's no dock to temporarily moor a boat or dinghy for a coffee.

Beautiful place, crystal-clear sea, but overrated Portonovo is a very characteristic location in the Conero Park. Free beaches are almost nonexistent and on weekends they're crowded with local youth (rightfully so). I repeat, the location is characteristic, however; other Italian coasts are better than this bay, which is isolated and inconvenient to reach with a camper. Chaotic parking on weekends (but regulated by traffic wardens). If we return, it will be in winter. Oh! Bring your water shoes.

Even in bad weather, it was beautiful. I was there last year. I'll definitely be back.

A gorgeous beach with azure water. The water is stunning, but you'll need to bring slippers for the rocks and pebbles.

It's certainly a bit busy during peak season, but very relaxed at the beginning of June, only moderately busy, excellently equipped, great bars/restaurants and cheap parking until the end of June (€5 per day).
