I always return to this restaurant because of the quality of the food, the service...the view...everything is spectacular. I recommend it.

A very beautiful restaurant. The architect did a brilliant job placing the Rais's diaries inside the restaurant...the cuisine is above average for Castellammare's tourist restaurants...fair prices for the quality. The wine list is well-stocked. Perhaps the somewhat spartan service lacked a touch of elegance, but that was fine. The monastic cassata was super delicious...Recommended.

Five stars are truly insufficient to express what I experienced eating here. Starting with the location, very elegant and overlooking the sea, the waiter who recommended the wine was truly knowledgeable and brought me an excellent one. The dishes speak for themselves: one of the best pasta with sea urchins I've ever eaten. There's nothing better here. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience at this restaurant The food was delicious, the fish fresh (you could choose fish caught that day directly from an aquarium), and every dish was prepared with attention to the smallest detail. Not to mention the helpful and courteous staff, despite the crowds. Highly recommended.

The sommelier was attentive and professional, offering expert advice without ever being intrusive. Impeccable service, a pleasant atmosphere, and dishes prepared with attention to every detail. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who loves good food and quality service!

03/02/2026: I spent several days in Pantelleria and ate lunch and dinner at this restaurant throughout the entire stay. Throughout the entire stay, I enjoyed excellent interpretations of Pantelleria specialties and Italian cuisine. Franco, the owner, along with Sergio and Eugenio, are highly skilled at satisfying their customers with a highly professional approach. Furthermore, the dishes are excellent, and, of course, fish is the star. Recommended.
30/12/2025: A welcoming restaurant in a strategic location with a sea view and parking. Excellent value for money, tasty dishes, especially those made with typical local products. Excellent staff, especially Mr. Franco, who is very professional and, above all, makes you feel at ease. Not least, the entire kitchen and the staff, Eugenio and Sergio, are professional, kind, and friendly. Highly recommended
