I had already chosen this restaurant from home, reading the menu, the composition I understood that it was a place to focus on and I wasn't wrong. Nice location, all the food is excellent, worked and prepared with care, the same that the dining room staff together with the sommelier lavish on customers, there is liveliness while remaining professional, there is passion for the work, there is warmth and you can feel it. It's all so good that it's difficult to recommend one or more dishes. Among the desserts, the monastic cassata stands out, a combination of goodness and elegance, sponge cake and ricotta with a veil of royal pastry and an amazing orange reduction. What can I say... Forget it and come here with confidence. The customer is treated excellently, with so much arrogance that is around it is a pleasure to still find people like that who if something happens that is just out of line they go out of their way to remedy it with kindness, humility and a generous smile. Pasta with sea urchins superb. I've only been once but as soon as I return to Sicily near Castellammare I won't hesitate to return, the fish is a guarantee there and when you eat it you seem to taste the "sea" directly. Quick and collaborative service and a very pleasant place. Fair price compared to the quality.

We thoroughly enjoyed dining at this restaurant, though it was a bit difficult to find. The food was exceptional. We ordered the tuna caponata which was quite tasty. The busiata trizzana had plenty of seafood for a pasta dish and the pasta absorbed much of the delicious sauce. The swordfish was very fresh and the dessert was delicious. Grilled vegetables and an appetizer of three kinds of starters rounded out our meal.
