Low medical food...overcooked pasta and very tough steak...what a shame

Restaurant serving typical local dishes. As tourists, we had the opportunity to try some specialties that we really enjoyed. There are special children's dishes. Excellent service. In the summer, it's lovely to eat outside and enjoy the view of the hill.

Very good meal in Piazza Veneto! I highly recommend it.

I came here with my girlfriend for dinner. There wasn't a long line on weekdays but I recommend booking. The wait for the dishes wasn't very long and they were really good. The agnolotti weren't great but they can be improved. I recommend the gnocchi al gorgonzola as an alternative. To return, very nice place.

I went to lunch today to celebrate the 80th birthday of a family friend We were served by Anna Maria. A thoughtful, kind and professional person. Thank you for pampering us! The food was excellent, in the Piedmontese tradition. My intolerance to dairy products was handled in the best way. We feared the heat because there were, obviously, elderly people with us, but despite the temperature being very high, in that corner of Piazza Vittorio it was breezy.

Excellent dinner, we ate outside, beautiful view of Piazza Vittorio and the Turin hills. Too bad the service did not live up to the context.

The most beautiful and surprising thing about the place is the location, located in Piazza Vittorio Veneto with the possibility of admiring the Gran Madre. What we ate was very good; the risotto was much appreciated, as were the tajarin (even if the Castelmagno is actually very strong). The only ‘flaw’ is that in reality there is not a great choice of products, there are 3/4 first courses and more or less the same number of second courses, but I assume they do this to ‘focus’ on those dishes.

All’interno si percepisce una bella atmosfera da ristorante di altri tempi, ma anche il dehor nella splendida piazza rende merito a questo storico ristorante torinese. La cucina è mediamente molto buona (nota di merito per il brasato al Barolo, gli agnolotti al sugo d’arrosto, il bonet, la ratatouille e il risotto agli asparagi), qualche piatto (la schiacciatissima) meno convincente; il servizio è cortese ed efficiente (salvo qualche comprensibile attesa in ore di punta) ed i prezzi congrui (vedi foto conto) rispetto alle materie prime ed alla location. Nel suo genere rimane uno dei migliori ristoranti cittadini del centro che puntano sulla cucina piemontese. Consiglio e ritornerò con altri amici e parenti P.S.: molto interessanti ed a buon prezzo (€ 40-45., bevande escluse) i menù fissi proposti.

Ristorante davvero particolare in pieno centro a Torino. Si respira un'atmosfera di storia e sapori. Personale gentilissimo e cibo ottimo, con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Da non perdere assolutamente il vitello tonnato, squisito e unico. Consigliata la prenotazione.
