Excellent food, and great prices. However - be prepared at the very end to be pressured & guilt tripped into paying with cash (even though they DO accept credit cards, and make no mention anywhere of being cash only). Put a bad taste in our mouth at the end of a great meal.

A good restaurant near the Vatican and away from the tourist crowds. Very good food, very pleasant terrace. I recommend it.

During a trip to Rome, we ate the best pizza of our lives there (several times). The staff is welcoming. The setting is pleasant. We would love to return. The restaurant is on our list for our next visit to Rome.

Excellent place to eat at. The waiter was great, the food tasted wonderful. We decided to eat somewhere else the second day we stayed in Rome and was upset that we did not return to Ristorante Porta Castello. This place just did not disappoint us. Definitely I highly recommend eating here.

Honestamente, esta es la mejor comida que he probado en todo nuestro viaje a Roma. Tenía la pasta con salmón y fue excepcional! El lugar en sí también era muy acogedor y el personal era muy agradable y acogedor con nosotros. Tuvimos que esperar en una pequeña cola porque estaba muy lleno, pero valió la pena al 100%

Já estive várias vezes nesse restaurante, sempre muito bem atendida. Comida muito boa e preço justo. Um bom lugar para um jantar rápido.

24/05/2025: Yesterday I went for the first time, well I have to compliment everyone, they were able to handle a small unexpected event, which I created, with a smile and kindness. Excellent and very fresh food, exquisite staff ..... what can I say, a small corner of enjoyment and tranquility ..... Delicious dessert!!!!
