Very cute and the porks are from his own farm. Very good.! They are all very lovely and kind.

Pork N Roll has a great atmosphere with great classic rock inside and pleasant seating outside. Very clean, well run business. The owner, Valentino, speaks perfect English as do some of the staff. Even if the communication is rough, they are very welcoming of all and will make you feel at home. Come early for a beer and you will receive enough wonderful things to eat, you will not need an appetizer! Delicious cheeses, meats, olives, bruschetta etc. The main courses include many great dishes. My wife always gets the Grigliata mista (mixed grill) which includes a variety of wonderful grilled meats. These meats come from Valentino's family farm in southern Italy. I switch between the grilled sausages (salsicce grigliate) and Tagliata al lupolo (steak marrinated in hop flavored sauce). The beer selection is always great and served very fresh. I highly recommend taking the short walk from Tiburtina station and trying out this gem of a pub!

I ate pulled pork nuggets and Roman chips both was delicious. I drunk La Estivale beer it was also great. The waiters was very helpful and all of them can speak in English.

Wonderfully impressed by the homemade products, having become familiar with the manager I understood that he and his brother personally take care of all the products from production to preparation. Truly passion struck, the all pork based food is of good quality. Congratulations, must try. Advised

Abbiamo fatto una specie di aperitivo con le birre alla spina, associando un tagliere di salumi, le bombette, una grigliata mista e delle patate. L'acqua si può riempire alla spina, tavolini di legno e arredo caldo e accogliente.

Well-kept place with a nice selection of beers on tap that vary quite frequently. There are also two pump routes. The selection of whiskeys is excellent, less so that of rums.

Un ottimo pub dove passare una bella serata con gli amici. Location molto carina, offrono diverse tipologie di birre, e il cibo é molto buono. Consiglio le ribs e il panino col pulled pork.

25/05/2025: I hadn't been there since they moved to the new location in Via Trincea delle Frasche but I have to say that the change hasn't altered the spaces in the slightest, which are now definitely larger, nor the quality of the food, which has remained excellent. It's always a pleasure to come back and visit you guys. Congratulations, keep it up 👏🏻

03/06/2025: Wow. Beautiful restaurant in a wine cellar from the 17th century. All the staff is extended family. The service is friendly and stellar. We had a sea bass dish that was out of this world. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough. Go! You will not be disappointed.
02/06/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Il Gabriello in Rome is an absolute must-visit, and I can’t thank Rick Steves enough for pointing us in the right direction! We dined here based on his recommendation, and it was hands-down one of the best meals we had during our trip to Rome. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff made us feel like old friends. They recommended we let the chef surprise us with their off-menu extravaganza, and we’re so glad we did! From start to finish, each course was a revelation: fresh seafood, handmade pastas, rich, flavorful sauces, and a perfectly paired selection of local wines. Every bite was a celebration of authentic Roman flavors elevated to something truly special. The attention to detail and passion for the craft are unmistakable, and you can tell this is a place where food is treated with love.
