The appetizer is the restaurant's calling card, and I must say the gnocco fritto with Tuscan pancetta and the culatello with honeyed pecorino are superb. And what about the Florentine steak? Fantastic flavor!

As for the cured meat appetizers, I'm sorry, but I didn't find anything special other than commercial products. Given the nature of the place, I found it very noisy.
All in all, for a few evenings with friends, I'd definitely return.

Fabulous dinner: the meat was very tender. Excellent, very fast service. The appetizer was much appreciated: a good local salami.

Quiet dinner for two, the house salami offered as an entrée was always appreciated. Excellent appetizer, I took a very good slice of picanha (a little "nervous"), good meatballs in sauce. Courteous and kind service.

Sono stata qui a pranzo un paio di volte per eventi di famiglia. Avevamo un menù fisso in entrambe i casi, e conoscendo questo posto per la sua fama delle carni, abbiamo mangiato diverse portate di questo tipo. Non so non mi ha lasciato niente di che e forse avevo aspettative troppo alte per la carne. In ogni caso mi sembra nella media, carne buona ma non eccellente.

Che bel locale! Proprio come piace a me: il personale è simpatico, sono banditi i formalismi da quando si entra, alla comanda e fino al conto. Qui, dove la ciccia regna so rana, si bada appunto alla sostanza più che alla forma. Ambiente davvero easy e cibo ottimo. Cucina semplice ma ben eseguita perche' non è affatto semplice grigliare le diverse carni. Proprio una bella scoperta!
