Exceptional Great preparation of the dough and great creativity in the menu. We tried two of the top dishes to share and were impressed. It's a shame we can't go back more often.

The welcome and atmosphere were excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. As for the food, there were two of us and we had two pizzas with a tasting menu. We tried the truffle and lemon pizzas, both excellent. The lemon pizza stands out for its lightness and contrasting flavors, while the truffle pizza, perfect for those with a sweet tooth, offers an experience of intense and varied flavors. I recommend this place both for those who want to enjoy an extraordinary pizza with high-quality ingredients, combinations, and preparation, and for those coming from abroad who want an authentic gourmet Italian pizza experience.

Update 2025: Still top notch, congratulations on maintaining the high quality. The egg you see is a white chocolate dessert with a mango filling. Gourmet pizzeria: top-quality ingredients, but above all, incredible dough, one of the best I've ever had. Don't miss it if you're passing by.

Locale a Carbonia specializzato in impasti pizza a lunga lievitazione e con farine diverse. Materie prime di ottima qualità e pizze molto molto buone. Servizio gentile e disponibile, unica pecca i tempi di attesa che anche con pochi clienti sono lunghi ma per il resto consiglio di venirci per fare una gustosa esperienza!
