A little "spartan" restaurant but well run and organised. Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent cuisine especially for the quality of the ingredients used. The capable and friendly Chef showed up at the table to find out how it had gone. Appreciable. I will come back for sure.

Tried a very good carbonara! Recommended!!!

One of our favorite restaurants in the Talenti area. We are loyal customers because we have never been disappointed by the excellent lunch and dinner experiences for years now. The cuisine is traditional Roman, but also revised in pleasant and unexpected ways. The raw materials are excellent, the care in processing is significant of the love they put into their work. There are often delicious things off the menu, from starters to desserts I don't know what to recommend: everything deserves to be tasted! The service is courteous and fast but without anxiety! Family atmosphere, excellent value for money. Absolutely recommended!

We went as 3 couples with children in tow. We tried a bit of everything: boiled meatballs, egg cream soup, fettuccine with penne, carbonara, amatriciana, ossobuco, rabbit. I must say that everything was very good, well cooked and tasty. Unfortunately the desserts ended badly: the tiramisu was nothing special and my cheesecake, a dessert that I love, I found it inedible, too sweet, too heavy, with the cream not only cheese I think but it seemed with added pastry. Overall a nice evening. The service was easy-going but friendly. I wasn't particularly satisfied with the bill, I found it a bit expensive compared to the simplicity of the dishes.

Senza prenotazione e con il locale pieno al suo interno ci è stato proposto di mangiare nell'annessa veranda dove è stato preparato il tavolo e acceso il "fungo" riscaldante, bravi a risolvere. Del menù abbiamo scelto la carbonara che seppur fatta con ingredienti di qualità è risultata, per i miei gusti e in questa serata, un po' troppo cremosa tanto da "impaccare" la pasta stessa, Antipasto originale e simpatico con puntarelle fritte e salsa di alici a parte e una focaccina fatta molto bene. Bottiglia di vino cesanese di livello, conto un filino alto per la location ma l'impegno e la proposta ci sono.

Difficile trovare una trattoria di vari livello tra Monte Sacro e Tufello. Cucina romana rivisitata, con piatti saporiti e qualche opzione poco elaborata ma molto piaciona (apprezzate anche dei miei nipoti che mangiano poco e nulla), come le polpette di bollito o il crostino con il pecorino. Io invece ho adorato l’insalata di nervetti con la giardiniera ma anche la semplice e classica cicoria ripassata. il conto un pelo alto, soprattutto se si assaggiano più antipasti che hanno un prezzo minimo ma con la giusta dose di fame se ne prendono svariati; penso però che sia giusto rispetto al tipo di offerta. Ho letto di qualche critica al personale e disapprovo! Noi siamo stati finora solo una volta a cena e ci hanno trattato con i guanti. Scelta vini limitata e poco fantasiosa ma che permette di prendere vino a tavola senza far lievitare troppo il conto, essendo in gran parte vini di prezzo contenuto.
