There's 70 people in line at the front, but it's worth it. A quick stroll around helps the time fly by, and with the app they have to track your position in line, it becomes entertaining. The best potato is still the stracchino and vegetables, while the "new" chickpea, beetroot, and turmeric option is avoidable on its own.

It's best to make a reservation or, at least, arrive by 12:30. The longer you wait, the harder it will be to find a seat. An original concept, but well-managed. The potatoes are well-cooked, with a soft, flavorful crust. A variety of fillings to suit all tastes. Some appetizers and desserts are also homemade. Good selection of drinks. Friendly staff, fast service. Fair prices.

Excellent food, good service. The only flaw is that, to try to accommodate as many people as possible, they placed the tables a hand's breadth apart. So, zero privacy, and you can hear everything people are saying to your left and right. The last time I was there, the table next to ours was occupied by four particularly rowdy girls, so much so that my companion and I couldn't hear each other. This creates that background noise that, after a while, you no longer find characteristic, but simply annoying. And unfortunately, this arrangement of tables close together is repeated on the outdoor terrace as well.

Pleasantly surprised by this restaurant in the heart of Turin.

I went to this restaurant to try their specialty: stuffed potatoes, which can be customized with a variety of fillings. I must say the food is truly excellent, with authentic flavors and quality ingredients. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for a casual dinner or a quiet moment with your partner. The only small flaw: the space is a bit cramped, but nothing unbearable. However, I would like to share a less positive comment about the staff. From the moment we arrived, the welcome wasn't the best: we were treated superficially, simply because we didn't know we had to line up about 50 meters from the restaurant to wait for a table. No one had warned us, and we felt a bit judged, as if we were expected to know. Furthermore, during dinner, the service was rather cold and apathetic. I completely understand that at certain times of the day it's very busy and you can't dedicate too much time to each customer, but a little kindness or a smile really makes a difference. When they brought our drinks, the attitude was almost annoying, and this ruined the atmosphere a bit. In conclusion, I will definitely return for the quality of the food, which remains exceptional, but probably to another location, hoping for friendlier and more welcoming staff. An extra smile costs nothing, and makes the customer experience much more enjoyable!

After waiting for an hour, three of us refused to be seated inside because we'd been invited to sit under a glass window. The space was extremely narrow, and to get past other customers who were already eating, they had to stand up to let us pass, as there wasn't even a minimum amount of space.
