As a guest of a friend we went to a "culinary temple" in Monteveglio in Valsamoggia. Chef Ratti let us taste some very special dishes including the truly delicious chestnut risotto. I ended on a high note with the classic Bolognese cutlet. Other friends took the stewed sea snails and sea snails. Maitre Ratti in the dining room (the chef's brother), with his kindness and professionalism, served us and made us taste a good bubble to accompany everything. Quiet environment and retro 90s style place, it took me back to those years of youth. Very interesting experience.

An unconventional cuisine, pleasure for the palate, satisfaction for the eyes but above all mental satisfaction in a mix of flavors that I assure you you have never tasted, let yourself be pampered by these dishes and by its chef Massimo Ratti known as Ippo...a service and a staff impeccable...I assure you that it is worth trying. If it were up to me I would go there every day but I live almost 900km away...despite this we will see each other soon...thanks for the welcome and the smiles that accompanied my dinner!

Chef Ippo's tasting menu was a continuous and delicious surprise... In an absolutely traditional place, I found whimsical and original revisited dishes and above all cared for with details that only the art and craft of those who work with passion can provide. Impeccable service too! Recommended is an understatement.

An original menu, dishes rich in flavors outside the norm, if you want to try something different this is the right place, chef Ippo is as original as his dishes, we had a wonderful evening! Good food, nice atmosphere
