I found this pasta restaurant while looking for a place to have lunch because the other restaurants I had checked were busy. When I looked inside the restaurant there were no customers so I thought about giving up, but when I looked at the reviews it had good reviews so I went in. In a word, great value for money. I was able to eat the ideal rich carbonara I was looking for! I think it's the kind of carbonara that Japanese people want to eat. If I had more time, I would have come back on another day and tried other menu items. The staff were friendly and gave me a bottle opener strap with the restaurant's name on it when I paid the bill 💝

Non-specific restaurant. High-quality food but with a sober appearance. I have never eaten such delicious pasta anywhere before. And prices are very reasonable.

We discovered this snack bar on our last evening in Rome. We had previously eaten in various trendy restaurants. The noodles from this snack bar can easily compete with those from expensive restaurants. They're even better. I had Pasta Gricia and they were really great. A successful culinary conclusion. It is served with plastic dishes. But that doesn't matter at all, because it's all about the taste of the food. And it was top class. Everything was freshly prepared. Excellent value for money. The young man was also very nice and accommodating. The ambience is nice too. Looked modern, Rome and Italian style. We would love to come back the next time we visit Rome.

If you dont mind the plastic fork and paper plates, this place is very good. Food is better than some of the fancy restaurants, and prices are very affordable for food in Rome. The owner is very attentive and the place is very clean. The things that look like enchiladas with cheese are super delicious.

Leaving the Colosseum without anything planned to eat and meeting them… An incredible discovery! We didn't want to write the review until we finished the trip and checked whether or not it is the best carbonara pasta we were going to eat... and it was!!!😍 Of 6 dishes of spaghetti carbonara that we ate, this was without a doubt the best and at a very good price! In fact, it was the cheapest. We also tried the lasagna and tiramisu! We will definitely return when we travel again. Thank you very much for the detail 🎁

Tenemos pasta para llevar después de un día pesado de ver el sitio. Pedimos una carbonara y un cacio e pepe y fueron increíbles. El servicio era bueno y la comida fresca. Realmente no hay nada más que decir que esta es una joya de un restaurante que definitivamente vale la pena visitar! Los precios eran muy razonables y el personal amable, volvería a visitar si en la zona : )

10/03/2025: We ate here twice, the first time we had a great time, the food was good and the quality/price ratio was right. The second time, unfortunately, we received a first course (sea bass ragout) that was completely watered down, so much so that we left it. I think a dish like this shouldn't be let out of the kitchen, it would take more attention. The new girl they were training in the room was very kind, it's a shame that they filmed her for every detail.

29/03/2025: Great burgers. Honestly one of the best I have ever had. The owner is a hard working friendly young man who I believe will be very sucessful in the restaurant buisiness. Be aware this place does not have a public bathroom. Plan on a shorter visit for an amazing burger and a cold beer or wine from the cooler.
